You are totally right. I completely misread their performance calendar. Whoops.
*swings Ian Liberto & Sarah Meahl have been moved to ensemble.
The swings are: Elizabeth Earley, Jenifer Foote, Stephen Hernandez, Travis Waldschmidt

And, I follow Cameron Adams on Instagram, and I totally didn't realize she was leaving! I hope she is back on stage soon!"
She’s going to be in My Fair Lady!

Will the critics be invited back for Bernadette? So they can plaster reviews of her performance all over the shubert. Or I wonder if they’ll just replace those signage with simple Dolly art.

They’re not wasting any time! The critics will be back for sure.
I also hope for an EP. Historically we have a lot of replacement cast EPs or recordings but I can’t remember the last time it happened. Disappointed we didn’t get Bernadette/Strich in Night Music.
"You can't overrate Bernadette Peters. She is such a genius. There's a moment in "Too Many Mornings" and Bernadette doing 'I wore green the last time' - It's a voice that is just already given up - it is so sorrowful. Tragic. You can see from that moment the show is going to be headed into such dark territory and it hinges on this tiny throwaway moment of the voice." - Ben Brantley (2022)
"Bernadette's whole, stunning performance [as Rose in Gypsy] galvanized the actors capable of letting loose with her. Bernadette's Rose did take its rightful place, but too late, and unseen by too many who should have seen it" Arthur Laurents (2009)
"Sondheim's own favorite star performances? [Bernadette] Peters in ''Sunday in the Park,'' Lansbury in ''Sweeney Todd'' and ''obviously, Ethel was thrilling in 'Gypsy.'' Nytimes, 2000

She has an “official opening” in late February which I still don’t totally understand, but it makes me think reviews for her will emerge then...?
I know this is the Bernadette thread, but do we know who the new Minnie is? Beanie left and maybe I’m uninformed, but I don’t believe there’s been an official announcement. I guess her u/s will just go on then.

I sure hope so! I think this is her Broadway debut, so nobody knows about her too much. Hoping she brings at least as much comedic chops as Beanie did!

Is this... for real? Are you serious? Charlie Stemp is one of the most gifted performers I've ever seen on stage, and America is lucky to have him. I'm hoping this will encourage producers to bring over the recent (remarkable) production of Half a Sixpence. I think it'd be loved here.

I thought this was odd, too. Especially since it was his Broadway debut. My only thought is maybe he got injured and can't return. Liberto is taking over his track, or has. McCall was out of the show for Donna's final performance as well and wasn't listed in the Playbill.

Bette Midler who? Its ALL about Bernadette Peters now!
Yes, the letters were still be balanced when this photo was taken. You can see the man doing this behind the grill. That "E" at the end of BERNADETTE was indeed straightened.
Have they also taken out the boards that hailed Bette as the queen of broadway? Can’t really make out what they say from those angles.
