would be curious to know if they're back to selling SRO due to the popularity of JCM.

Hey everyone,
I've been a lurker here for a while, keeping an eye out for all the Hedwig news. Can't wait to finally see JCM this week!!!!
I am planning on going to the Friday night 10PM show this week and have front row balcony tickets. I've decided I want to take the plunge and get orchestra seats instead, so if anyone is interested in decent but cheaper seats, I'm just trying to get face value for them. Send me a PM if interested...I would have to pick up at will call and meet you outside the theatre before the show. I hope I'm not breaking any forum rules here.
So excited for Friday!
FYI, if you are purchasing the same # of tickets, Telecharge will usually take the old tickets back, as long as you already purchased new/better ones.

Yup! I had to change by tickets from 2/21 to 2/14 and had no problem with the box-office. They told me they honor refunds/exchanges for tickets with insurance (and they may honor exchanges without insurance at their discretion).
10 or 11 years ago my stepdaughter bought her Mom and I the DVD of the movie. It sat there for months, me thinking, whatever it was there was a guy dressed as a girl and I don't like rock and roll so I was going to hate it. Boy was I wrong. Have fun tonight, it's gonna be crazy that first time he comes down the platform. Tonight will be in-effin-credible.
I wasn't gonna say how jealous I was but now that it's almost post time, boy am I jealous.
Is the show closing after his engagement? I saw him a few times during the original off broadway run. It would be neat to be able to do some side by side comparison thru what is out there and what will soon probably be out there.

In the NY Times, a producer said they expected JCM would extend or another Hedwig would be announced... although with only an 8-week run, they will have to say something about either case soon.
This is it, the Belasco must be buzzing.
Gahd! Not being rich sucks.
Well, they don't open the doors until 7:30, heh. I'm still at home...
I'm going tonight! Won the ticket lottery. 36 tickets sold. Standing room line very long. I don't know how many of those were sold. I was told four. I'll report back later!
Awesome I'm hoping for updates.
Time to head out... I will update when I get home, but I won't be tweeting, liveblogging, photographing, bootlegging, or anything else during...
It's 7:30 and this thread is total bull****.
It's 9:00pm, any updates??
There is no intermission and by the time these people start posting I'll be fast asleep, probly, very excited for the first nighters.

Totally incredible performance, I've never seen anything like it. The truth and honesty and love he brings to it is beyond compare. I saw this last week with Michael C Hall and that felt like a tribute by comparison! He seems to go off script more than Michael did and he's just amazing. Sorry this isn't too eloquent, still blown away by one of the best nights in the theatre I've ever had.
OMG, Feb. 4 can't get here fast enough!!
One report I saw on Twitter said there were five separate standing ovations throughout the show. Wow.
