I crack up every time I hear the line
"How do you know? Christ never said nothin' bout no clitoris!"
YES! YES HE DID!!!
@Director:
What? Were you expecting this show to be a laundry list of everything the LDS church has done wrong?

There are so many wonderful and hilarious lines in the show, but the one in particular that absolutely cracks me up every time I hear it: "Joseph Smith f*ck frog/Brigham Young clitface/SH*T come out the butt/Jesus says, 'F*ck, f*ck!' MORMON"
I laugh at almost every line, but I really lose it at: "Joseph Smith took his magical f*ck frog and rubbed it upon Brigham Young’s clitface.”
Lord: "You shall not have sex with that infant!"
Joseph: "Why not, Lord, huh? Why not?"
Best God-Prophet conversation ever.
"Tomorrow is a doper, phatter latter day."
I didn't even know that line was in the show until I got the physical cast recording. And then I still didn't believe it.
"You got doused by Heavenly Father" from Baptize Me
When I first heard this song I thought he said "You got doused by peppermint water". Lol. I had to look up the lyrics in the book to see that it was "heavenly father".
Of course I also love every second of American Moses. The background chants are hilarious. And especially the whole "**** goes in the water, water goes in the cup..." part cracks me up.
Prop 8 may not be mentioned directly, but it is what is being referenced when Nabalungi sings "And I'll bet the people are open-minded and don't care who you've been," in "Sal Tlay Kasiti".
I'm partial to "I'm wet with salvation" from "I Believe" and the total gleeful absurdity of "Let us smile and laugh-rica" in "I Am Africa".
Oh so true smaxie!
The entire I Am Africa is hilarious. It's even funnier when you actually see all these white Mormons sing it. There are funnier lines, but I think as a whole I Am Africa makes me laugh the hardest.
And I also love "I'm gonna man up all over myself" from Man Up.

This is the most listenable and enjoyable cast recording I've purchased in quite a long time. As a show, I enjoyed Avenue Q more (sorry, hard not to compare the two), but as a recording, Mormon blows it away. It is on constantly in my car.
"Here's the butcher he has AIDS, here's the teacher she has AIDS, here's the doctor he has AIDS, here's my daughter she has AAAAAAAAAAAAAA wonderful dispostion"
That part is so catchy and
"Jesus hates you this we know for Jesus just told you so"
and
"I can't believe Jesus called me a dick"
Love this show and loved seeing it

I also love the whole dysentery chant from "Joseph Smith American Moses".
"Tomorrow is a doper, phatter latter day."
I didn't even know that line was in the show until I got the physical cast recording. And then I still didn't believe it.
That's a pretty amazing catch. I couldn't tell what they were saying at that point in the song, but I can totally hear it now.
My favorite, and I think it's said about 4-5 times throughout the show, is "I have maggots in my scrotum".
"F U God in the A M AND C'A"
I keep waking up with this lyric on my mind. Yep. Now that's a way to start a day.
I grew up Mormon, and the F U God stuff still freaks me out. But I love that song anyhow.
"FU God in the A, M, and C-a"
I've had that in my head on repeat. Have to try very consciously to not sing it out loud at work!
I also love:
"Hello. My name is Elder Motumbo." (His delivery cracks me up every time.)
and
"Wow, God says go to your backyard and start digging? That makes perfect sense!"
And I ADORE the backup Dies Irae-style vocals in Spooky Mormon Hell Dream: "Spookytus! Creepyus!" Hilarious.
I want a t-shirt that says
"I can't believe Jesus called me a dick!"
?"Long ago, when I was 5, I snuck in the kitchen late at night, and ate a donut with a maple glaze..."
And it's a simple line, but I always crack up at "It's so Spooky-Wooky."
All my favorites have already been mentioned, but this one made me lol just now-
"You mean like the frogs that got ****ed by Joseph Smith?"
Not a line, but the whiplash noise in Spooky Mormon Hell Dream always makes me laugh.

In addition to everything mentioned here already, this line never fails tor make me smile. I think it's the delivery.
"France! Home of pastries and turtlenecks!" - Two by Two

"You mean the bible is actually a trilogy, and the Book of Mormon is Return of the Jedi? I'm interested."
Every time I even think about the maggots line, I start laughing again.
I love the lyrics of "Sal Tlay Ka Siti". They're not laugh-out-loud funny, but I think they're the most clever in the show.
"Sal Tlay Ka Siti,
not just a story mama told
But a village in Ootah,
where the roofs are thatched with gold."
"The most perfect place on Earth,
Where flies don't bite your eyeballs
And human life has worth."
