Posted: 6/21/14 at 3:36pmI was fortunate to see Patina. This show is coming to my neck of the woods, the only question I have is will the circus be as good?

Posted: 6/22/14 at 7:38pmWhat are the rumors floating around? All I have heard is that Pippin and the leading player will be the Billy Tighe and Gabrielle m.

Posted: 6/23/14 at 12:27amWhether it be on tour or as a future replacement in the Broadway company, I can't think of a more ideal Leading Player for this production than Adrienne Warren.

Posted: 6/25/14 at 12:23pmso Happy for Sabrina I saw her as Fastrada last month and she was AMAZING, and its kind of funny to see Kristine Reese play Catherine because her husband Billy Tighe is currently in Pippin on Broadway! hahahahaha

I think this is very solid casting. Sasha has a lovely voice and is extremely dedicated to her work--I think she'll put her all into this role and do well. Very happy for Sabrina Harper--second time I saw the show, she was on as Fastrada and I really liked what she did. She wasn't a carbon copy of Charlotte and I liked that.
Berthe's casting wasn't announced, correct? I wouldn't be surprised if they're still trying to pull in an older celebrity/former celebrity for this. I'm okay with stunt casting that part. It works.

Posted: 6/25/14 at 6:43pmI remember suggesting Allen as a replacement for Patina a while ago. It's funny that she was cast. I can't wait to see and hear her in the role!
