How the hell do you have a permit if your not 16?

In many states you get a learner's permit at 15. He's not from NY.
Really?! I had no idea about that. Thats pretty sick, can you apply for your license the day you turn 16 then?
Nope, it's 16 and 3 months for your license.

In Minnesota you can take your license test the day you turn 16, as long as you've had your permit for 6 months. You can test for your learner's permit the day you turn 15.
Hey, do you guys think that the OBC will sign autographs after the show at the stagedoor? Probably not, but wouldn't it be great?
Hey, I just checked the site again and they have changed the location of the lottery to the Nederlander theatre and say there will be more details next week.

The invitations have apparently been sent.
And on the lottery front, it's not really the best plan, but oh well. I'm certainally not going- I have school.
From Playbill:
"In keeping with Rent tradition, tickets for the first two rows of the theatre will be available on the day of the event for $20 by lottery," according to an April 3 statement. "The lottery will be held on Monday April 24 at the Nederlander Theatre, 208 West 41 Street. Registration cards will be handed out beginning at 2 PM for a drawing to take place at 3 PM for that evening's benefit. No line-ups for registration forms will be allowed prior to 1 PM. Tickets must be paid for in cash.

I would've preferred for the lottery to be held at the NYTW. For some reason I believed that it would be less chaotic there. And really, that seems to make sense...I mean Nederlander is basically on Times Square, and you know with it being there there will be even more people waiting on line for the lottery like tourists or something who don't really even know what it's for. I'm aware there still would've been hundreds of people at NYTW...but I dont know...seems like it would've been a more inconspicuous thing there as opposed to on (or close to) Times Square.
Regardless, I'll be there. No chance in hell that I'll win a ticket, but...still worth a try.
Bridge year meeting vs. RENT...darrrrn it's a hard choice.
