Wonderful news.
Fantastic! This ended being the longest a strike went on for SAG-AFTRA.
Ending about when predicted after the writers ended their strike - the writers have to write the shows for the actors to act in - and that was anticipated to take about 30 days. No need to settle with actors until there was something for them to do - was the rumor of the producers' attitudes.

Maybe not.

"For the most part, projects that are currently in production are in first position for actors starring in them and there isn’t any worry about said talent dropping out for a future project. For example, sources close to the Gladiator sequel say that project is in first position for Pedro Pascal, so his future projects like the Max series The Last Of Us would have to work around his schedule on the Ridley Scott-directed sequel."
Excellent news. This and the WGA strike will be no doubt studied for how effective they have been on all fronts. Truly impressive how they maintained solidarity, rallied broad public support, won long overdue gains, and even exposed these CEOs to the world as the shortsighted, greedy hacks they are.

In 2025/2026 maybe.
Single camera projects (like films and TV shows) have extensive prep so many hope and expect to begin production by late Spring/early Summer 2024. THE WHITE LOTUS Season 3 has already slated 2025 for its premiere - even with creator/writer/director Mike White confirming he’s almost done writing the full season (he’s the sole writer of the series). Only multi-cam sitcoms and TV shows will be going back to production quickly as they have quick turnaround with writing and filming episodes.
Yes, the strikes are finally over but it’s not as easy as everyone going back to the office on Monday.

It would appear you are incorrect:

Gaten sure left Sweeney at the right time, as, according to David Harbour, Stranger Things season 5 starts production next week.

If memory serves, he was already scheduled to leave Sweeney around this time pre-strike for that selfsame reason. It seems like it's just kismet that the strike ended around when filming was supposed to start up again (or maybe that gave Netflix extra incentive to play ball).
