Although I won't be in the UK or have the chance to see the show, I'm curious to hear if there will be major changes to the racially insensitive stereotypes of Asian people...
Also, just noticed it's Kathleen Marshall directing and choreographing. That's nice! Wonder if it'll be similar staging or not. Sutton has still got the moves a decade later, I'm sure.
I had also assumed that it would be a remount of the 2011 revival, and it does seem to be, at least in part. When trying to figure out if something is a true remount, I usually look at the director first, followed by the set designer, followed by the rest of the designers. Because I figure if the set and director are the same, then the staging is effectively the same. I looked at the website, and it looks like it's the same set designer, HOWEVER, the rest of the designers are all different - new costumes, new lighting, and new sound design. So I guess it's more of a "soft remount" (a term I think I invented, but maybe I heard it somewhere once). Also worth noting that they have a new musical supervisor, and that could be significant, since Anything Goes has a long history of having different versions of the score, arrangements, song order, etc.
Been holding off buying anyting because I was waiting for the Old Vic to announce it's new season dates as I had tickets for Timothee Chalamet and Eileen Atkinson in 4,000 Miles last April and then covid hit so I was hoping it would be rescheduled but they announced earlier in the week and apparently it has not been. So now I'm free.
It looks like Sutton and Hugh will be both busy from summer to early fall.
Sutton will be in the London revival of Anything Goes...
and Hugh is filming a movie called THE SON ( part of the Florian Zeller trilogy of plays, now being adapted for movies - The Father was the first one) in the summer.
Maybe that was why they were shown already rehearsing some of the dance routines for The Music Man.

I'll admit to not knowing The Music Man as much as I should - do both leads dance a lot in this show? I've seen a lot of dance advertising for both Hugh and Sutton which seems strange. I get that they as performers are great dancers, but is it necessary for the characters to be dancing that much?
It is a revival but I don't expect it as a duplicate of the original production or the film adaptation. Something fresh would be good...and if any new production numbers enhance the show, why not?
One of the prominent creatives is Tony-winning choreographer Warren Carlyle ( who has worked with Hugh since Oklahoma! in London in 1998), so it is not unexpected to see more spectacular new production numbers.

They announced it won't be happening before summer 2022
Sutton should play the villain in the tv version of Annie. Something tells me she has it in her. And now for a non sequitur. I did not recognize Janeane Garofalo in the last season of Younger.

Please share the direct source -- because unless your info superseded Baz Bamigboye's update report on Anything Goes, it looks like Sutton will be with the show until October 10 ( when she has to return to NYC for presumably the start of rehearsals for TheMusicMan)

Given the unlikelihood of me being in London I won’t see this, but Foster was fantastic in her first production and I’m sure she’ll continue to be great here. Personally I never quite saw Mullaly in the role.
