BTW for the record, I usually only post about TDF availability for shows with multiple dates. Example If/Then was available for most of the month. I rarely go on TDF buy tickets then run over here and post that the show was up, I am usually to excited that I scored tickets to bother.
I hope no one figures out that I hire hobos to wait in Rush lines for me and then switch with them just before it's time to get the tickets because I'm sure I'll never hear the end of it around here!
I had been stalking TDF for the last 2 days waiting for The Last Ship to pop up. I am happy I got tix before it was posted on this and "that other" site. I will be there Oct 3rd.
"Dog/Night might be when Alex Sharp is out. (They didn't know what the alternate schedule was as of Friday, but perhaps they do now.)"
Boy I hope not. The TDF offering is for tonight, and that's when I ([previously) bought tickets for it. With all the positive word-of-mouth on Alex, I sure hope he is in tonight.
"The problem is alerting those who don't check it on a regular basis so they snag the tickets before those that haven't made their regular check yet."
You're joking, right? So, you want to give the people who check more often seniority over those who don't? Like they deserve them more? Do you want a prize too? Jesus.
"The Last Ship has sailed for the time being" Good one, Mr. Roxy! LOL! Looks like YCTIWY is gone too now.
I do not seeing anything wrong with giving a heads up for TDF listings. If I am on the look out for a certain show I will check the site frequently. If I miss something then it is my fault for not checking sooner.
Yes it makes a HUGE difference that you are not a TDF member. Your opinion doesn't carry much weight, as far as I am concerned.
Actually, since you posted the topic on this board, and someone replied to the post on this board, it makes no difference at all. None. Nor does it add any sympathy to your plea motivated for entirely selfish reasons of requesting that people NOT be helpful to others so that you personally may benefit.
