They didn't mention the backstage tours at every BC/EFA curtain speech because they only did it certain nights.
Also, there is no SRO at the Curran. I don't believe they've ever done that because the theatre is so small and it would probably be a fire hazard. Erich's post

Thanks! Actually I meant probably the tours occurred when the Curran had a full house, not SRO, even though both sides of the last orchestra row could be used for SRO since portable chairs are used in those areas.
Extremely nice of Mike and Erich to organize the tours! My wife and son took the photos with the "Four Seasons" on a Wednesday matinee and I took advantage of the photo as well as the signed playbill and signed lobby card with my other son on a Saturday.
Also, I donated two times to John Lloyd Young via snailmail before the Easter Bonnet benefit and received a signed headshot, thank you letter from the chairman of BC/EFA, signed B'way cast playbill as well as two cool August Wilson JB postcards with a personalized note signed by John. I got the idea of donating to JLY from an e-mail reply received from him since I told him I actively assisted BC/EFA at the Curran.
It was great that the Jersey Boys play donated the most! Now, I truly hope that they hold another benefit because it all goes to a great cause!
Thanks for the links Lizzie. I'm guessing the folks behind the show are going to wait to see how the show is going to do during it's latest extension to determing if the cast will do a stint in SF before Vegas or not. Now, if Vegas does stop in SF, I wonder if it's going to be a seamless transiton like they did between the last and current cast. And of course they're going to have to build a new set for one of the productions, and do a tech run with it. Now it's just a question of if the SF/Chicago cast or the Vegas cast will get a brand new set.
Not sure where to post this: What days are best to catch Jarrod as Frankie, matinees/evenings? Maybe easier is what are his days/nights off? I replied to "Jarrod" on page 33 but ended up in Vegas! Updated On: 6/9/07 at 01:45 PM
Found the links to these reviews on the Jerseyboysblog. http://tinyurl.com/yrpubk http://tinyurl.com/2sul5s Don't know if they were posted already. Too many reviews to keep track of.

Eric has update his blog with a rant on one of his pet peeves. Personally, I find it annoying too when people do that, unless they seriously have a valid reason. Huge Pet Peeve (June 9)
Says it in the subject line. I think it's a great interview. Chris is a great actor and an all around great guy. Jersey Boys BlogUpdated On: 6/12/07 at 01:26 PM
I'm kind of not suprised that they're offering discounts now because weekly grosses, according to variety, have been floating around the half a million mark for the past few weeks and they used hit the million dollar mark early on in the run. Although I have a question that I wonder if anyone can answer that might explain the drop in sales grosses. Early in the run did they sell the premimun seats, you know the insanely expensive ones, for all dates because now they're only offerd for people buying tickets for a Saturday night performance.
Edit: Ok I take back my comment on the premimum seats, they're still offered for every performance later in the run. I just didn't see any for the month of June, except on Satruday evenings.

I received it as well. In addition, watching the TV commercial was sad too. I'm still holding out hope that they build a new set for the Chicago cast and use the Curran as the location for Las Vegas's dress and tech rehearsals.
