Wicked_Elphie and I felt the need to ressurect this thread and bring all of the "Esparza Heads" back together.... we saw Raul sing for the first time at Broadway Under the Stars with TheGirlinTheFrock. UNREAL. And we met him again too!! YAY RAUL!

This truely sounds like a remarkable piece of theatre and I will be sure to see it for my birthday, if we can get tkts tix...I really want to see Raul in a straight play. He was unbelievable as the Emcee when I saw him with Molly. Not to mention super sexy

As far as I know, he's staying until the end... which as of right now is August 15th, I believe. I'm praying for an extension... I'm broke as it is, but really want to see this again. I just started reading the play and I'm addicted.

Yeah, I have that. I need to save money for college, but in the realm of things I guess $37.50 isn't all that bad. Just have to get the 'rents' permission... that's a trip in itself.

I've been a fan for a while, but I just recently got to see him live for the first time. My appologies that he was sick the day I saw Taboo and that I wasn't able to see Tick, Tick... BOOM! or Rocky Horror. Jeez.

I really don't think that one of us could handle all that talent lol! I guess we'll just have to share! It makes me really happy actually when I'm able to share some of my "obsessions" with other people. I love it when they are able to see and appreciate the same things that make me sooo happy. That's what brings our whole crazy insane obsessed Broadway community together!

I think Raul would be fantastic as the lead in BARNUM if they ever revived that show. Jim Dale was the original lead; he and Raul worked together in COMEDIANS . . . I think Mr. Dale would approve of that casting.
