A friend called me from the stage door friday and I got to talk to Robin and Lin:) They were both extremely sweet. Lin asked me why I wasn't there talking to him in person. I told him I couldn't get away. Then he told me I need to get out of Ky ASAP and come see the show. He was really sweet and funny:) It basically made my entire week:)

Saw the show for the 3rd time on Sat afternoon. Everyone was in except olga. I thought it was weird that the playbill had Blanca listed as Aubela C, so the understudy board had no one listed.
I thought the show was better then ever and everyone, except Carlos sounded excellent. Carlos needs to rest that voice or get over his cold. His voice sounded so strained, it really was a bit akward.
Lin was spot on and the audience loved it. Blanca was very good her voice was strong but I still like Olga in the role better. The one thing that was so distracting to me on Blanca was the wig, it looked so fake.
I love this show ans so glad it is selling out. BOth shows on Sat completely sold out, I was told.
Javi wasn't back yet as of yesterday matinee. Would love it if he was back for the last four, but I would also be really really interested in seeing Michael go on (which yes I know is probably the least likely possibility here.)

I chose, and my world was shaken- So what? The choice may have been mistaken,
The choosing was not...

I'm taking my dad to see it this week! Looking forward to it.
Anyway, I know we talked about Center Stage a while ago but I'm watching it now and never realized that Olga Merediz is in it as well. I had to rewind it just to make sure I wasn't crazy. Updated On: 8/1/08 at 04:25 PM
So happy just got back from seeing the show for the first time and it was amazing. Everyone was in except for Lin, but Javier was pretty good. I'm also a huge fan of Krysta's and it was nice to see her even as Ensemble. Got to see her and get a picture with her at stage door, but sadly the picture didn't show up on my card so I'm a little upset with that, but other than that the night was amazing. So glad I got to see it while I was visiting NYC.
You're always sorry,
You're always grateful,

Looking for some expert feedback. I bought tix in row T, orch left but on the center aisle. Someone told me that with the mezzanine overhang, those seats are partially obstructed.
Can you ease my mind or am I in for a disappointing night?
Row T should be fine- personally I don't like being any further back under the overhang than R, but it's not like you'll be in V or W, which are definitely obstructed for Sunrise, and little bits and pieces that I love during the rest of the show.
And Testing- I wasn't there on Fri night, but I could swear that's happened before, the coffee/Coke mixup, as I am pretty sure I read an interview with Lin once where he talked about handing Karen a Coke by mistake, and then having to change the coffee lines.
Saw Javi's Usnavi for the first time on Sunday- loved him! Especially his dinner scene, I might have actually went "awww" at his "you know it... friend!"
