Hey all, was hoping to hear from anyone who has done the lottery for this show where their seats were. I know it can be anywhere, but this show in particular has a lot of partial view seats, so was curious if basically all of the lottery seats were partial view or if it's been completely random / all over the place.

Also, does this show have standing room? If so, does anyone know how much those tickets are and if they only offer it during sold out performances?

I did the standing room for this show. $37 was the price and they only offer when they are sold out. It is an obstructed view but very close to the stage. Would totally stand again.

Thank you for confirming that! I saw it up in the mezzanine a few rows from the back so was hoping to see it again being a bit closer to get a better look at facial expressions. Also loved it and want to see it multiple times but can't continuously spend on full price tickets haha so $37 is perfect! Assuming the obstructed part would be the upper level of the church blocked by the overhang but otherwise most can be seen okay?

Has anyone here done the in-person $45 rush for ''The Outsiders'' lately? Where were your tickets? And how early are folks getting there for the 10 a.m. box office - around 7 a.m.?

7am? LOL

If you follow the reddit Broadway rush reports you'll learn that kids start lining up for Outsiders at 4am.

Info on Outsiders rush from the reddit thread:

"The Outsiders: Approximately 10 Rush tickets per performance (Partial View), Approximately 25 Standing Room tickets (only sold when fully sold out), On request, there is the Pony Boy Seat (single seat available, Actor uses it during opening number, after which it is yours for the rest of the show, Front Row House Left corner of Center Orchestra, $79)"

Thanks, Inception, for all the info. I had seen a Reddit post that suggested not getting there later than 6:30 a.m.

P.S. Does Brody Grant do 8 shows a week? Or is there a regularly scheduled understudy for Pony Boy? Thanks!

Looking for more a more recent report from the rush lines - has anyone been in the fall yet? (Either late September or October?) What time did you arrive, what place in line were you, and what options were given to you at the box office?

Thanks for any and all help!

I’ve heard mixed stuff about the seats-some say it’s mostly partial view, others say it’s a mix. As for standing room, I think they usually do it for sold-out shows, but not sure about the price.

Standing room and the non 30 under 30 rush are the same price - $45.00

I've done standing room twice and the view is pretty good and the only thing you miss is Ponyboy and Johnny up on the top of the church at the beginning of Act Two.

I've also been able to get standing room just before curtain twice, so I'm not sure how that plays into rush. I've heard rush is still pretty chaotic with people showing up between 2am and 6am.
