I agree Adamgreer, they all seem to be particularly catty and dismissive about the other girls. Lauren seems to be the only that has been respectful in her comments.
I feel bad because I kind of agree with what Autumn was saying earlier about paying your dues and working for years for where she is. It must be hard to see girls a decade younger get a role so fast and so easy.
I think Lauren suddenly got the most bitchy. The only who doesn't seem bitchy this week is Rhiannon, who at this point I think knows she's out of her league, and is just grasping at straws by saying she has this "it" factor.
Yes, from what they showed, it was nothing more than a single time step.
And sheesh, Autumn is really turning me off lately. She's been bitchy for a couple of weeks now. Really? You've EARNED it because you're 28 and the other girls aren't? Oh honey, there are people MUCH older and more experienced than you who have never made it to Broadway either and haven't gotten on a reality show to get themselves out there. Get over yourself.
I'm rooting for Lauren at this point.

I'm pretty sure that Rhiannon is going home tonight.

Honestly she is endearing but she couldn't even handle an 8 minute number. There is no way she could do a whole show at this point. Updated On: 7/14/08 at 10:39 PM
They didn't say anything bad about Rhiannon though. I don't know, I'm thinking Bailey is going home tonight after they said "had trouble with her audition" and the hat didn't fit!

Ok, she did manage to work the hat in. I give her credit.
Also have to say, I agree with Rathnait and Spork Goddess- Autumn suddenly became quite irritating this week. Her audition this week didn't impress me.

They go on and on, week after week, about Autumn's voice. I really don't think it's so terribly great. It's good, it's functional. But considering we're talking Broadway leading lady, they really overdo it with the gushing about it.

I could not imagine why they didn't have a bigger problem or more negative things to say about Rhiannon and Bailey since they both were so out of breath by the end. It seemed like this episode is edited to indicate Autumn being eliminated which would really shake things up in the rumor mill.
Rathnait62: I agree with you about Autumn's voice. I actually think that Lauren has more potential in terms of singing; her voice just isn't as mature (and possibly as trained) yet.
Yes, Autumn can be taught that tap routine, but like I said, those are really simple steps and her inability to grasp them sort of concerned me.
Jimmy, what are you doing here in the middle of the night? It's almost 9 PM!
Rhiannon has to go tonight. If I saw that performance on Broadway I would seriously ask for my money back. I actually would expect better in a high school production. Hate to be harsh, but this is BROADWAY and you need to please the audience. I just don't get that from her.
"And for the last few weeks hasn't the girl doing the website promo been the one going home?"
yes the in the past two weeks at least the girl that has done the website promo has gone home. But I highly doubt Bailey goes home this week so...
On another note, all the girls are really getting annoying, and I am liking Autumn less and less after all her little side interviews this week. Plus...she can sing, but the girl can not dance. And for the role of Elle it's really triple threat...you have to be able to sing, dance, and act! So if it's true that she won then she better be learning to dance really quickly!!!
