Tickets Refunds — Page 3

I haven't had too much booked since the shutdown so there weren't that many refunds to process.
My concert was rescheduled to May. I think I got my refund for LCT's Intimate Apparel based on the bank statement (though it's just labeled as Telecharge, which is confusing). I'm waiting on the NYCC refund for Love Life.
I've been most impressed by the response from the Metropolitan Opera. They were quick to follow the rest of the industry in canceling performances and immediately issued refunds. And when the rest of the season was cancelled, the cost of those tickets were also promptly credited to my account. And they've generously been offering Live in HD transmissions on their website nightly. I can't imagine a better, more professional response from an audience standpoint.

Received Company and Mockingbird.
Still waiting for Caroline (auto refund some time after 3 April), Mean Girls and Hamilton.

Hudson (plaza suite) told me today 30 business days for a refund, and has to be approved by a supervisor. Rep wasn't clear on reason for refund delay but pushed me to exchange the tickets. Hudson has NOT been good about refunds...took me a week to finally get someone on the phone.

Need Advice: I have tickets to see Tina for April 18. Since I think it is expected for Broadway not to re-open on April 12, should I try to get a refund for them now or wait till there is an official announcement regarding post April 12 performances? I've never had to try to get a refund for a ticket before so I'm just trying to figure out what the best practice would be.

Wait for an announcement, which should be coming soon. That way the refund will be automatic, and you won't have to deal with getting someone at Ticketmaster on the phone, which isn't always easy.

Same here - received an email from TDF stating to be patient and refund might take up to 10 days"
I wonder if they mean 10 days after purchase or the scheduled performance? I am still waiting and it is going on two weeks since I purchased them.

i had tickets to Flying over sunset for 3/18 through TDF, and my refund was just issued this morning (minus the $4 fee). So, I assume it goes by date of performance. My ticketmaster Six tickets (for 4/5) refund was processed already. My Elton John concert tickets were not refunded as they are going to postpone to a later date, which I am happy about. I'm on the fence about purchasing new tix to Six for June. I feel like knowing I have something upcoming will help me mentally. Anyone else buying tix?

All our group's Telecharge related refunds (Virginia Woolf, Company, Beetlejuice, Chicago) were very quick, within 1-2 days from the closure.
Still waiting on Ticketmaster related refunds (Moulin Rouge, Hadestown).

Just got the e-mail for my refund (minus the $4.00 charge) this morning from TDF for "Flying Over Sunset". My ticket was for last night. I still have yet to get my refund for "The Minutes" which I was to see the night before last.
The refund has yet to hit my account.

Was supposed to see it on 3/15 and haven't heard a peep yet. Ticketmaster said it could take upward of 21 days before refunds hit though.

Did anyone receive their code for 110% credit from TodayTix? I've also noticed most of their tickets for the future performances are available from June.

I did. But you can also email them if you want an actual refund. I did and they credited my credit card 2 days later.

So I have had to get ticket refunds in the past (RIP Lestat) but those were tickets I had bought from the box office directly so I am a LITTLE unsure how this on will work for me now if the closure is extended and my performance is cancelled. Others affected for far might be able to relate to my situation.
My tickets were bought through Ticketmaster BUT I opted for them to send me the physical tickets cus I keep them as a memento. They sit on the shelf next to my computer mocking me daily now BUT I DIGRESS.
Would I see the tickets refunded to my CC since they were purchased via Ticketmaster OR would I have to return them in person at a later date because I have been sent the physical tickets?
