Would I see the tickets refunded to my CC since they were purchased via Ticketmaster OR would I have to return them in person at a later date because I have been sent the physical tickets?
TicketMaster issued the credit back to your card and the barcodes on the tickets are voided. No need to return the physical tickets as they are no longer valid. Had they needed the physical tickets, you would have received an email stating this by now.
Has anyone heard from the Hudson about Plaza Suite? I haven't bothered them because they said they would be reaching out, but I still haven't heard anything.

Thanks. My performance isn't cancelled YET but I am expecting it will be at this point if the shutdown goes until the end of April.... which I think it will at this point without some miracle. So that's good news.... these tickets will get to forever haunt me with how great they were at such a good price when I pay twice as much to see it sometime later in the summer or fall. If it survives.
We have gotten everything back but Wicked (purchased on Ticketmaster)
We purchased tickets at the box office for Frozen and The Play That Goes Wrong and then purchased tickets for Beetlejuice online and have received refunds.
Ticketmaster is saying it could take up to 30 days.
I received my refund today, 3/28, for my tickets to Jagged Little Pill 4/8 that I bought through showpoints & cash on Audience Rewards. The process, in case anyone else purchased through AR: I received an email from PayPal on 3/19 that AR refunded the money into my PayPal balance and it will be available 3/24. I don't have a PayPal account (When I paid through AR, I selected the pay by Credit Card option - so i then created one - which, I now know was not necessary). I received another email 3/26 stating that my refund was completed and "I've got cash" to my Pay Pal account. The money was actually then refunded automatically to my credit card, not my PayPal account on 3/28.

I emailed them the day they postponed and heard back the next day and I've already received my refund. They did say they'd confirm once the refund was processed but they never did. I found it by checking my credit card statement.

I was told that they would reach out within 30 days and that was over 2 weeks ago. My event is for 3/28 so I had expected to hear from them this week. I’ve read that they are pressuring people to take a theater credit rather than refund. Not going to happen especially in the midst of a pandemic.

I guess I will be waiting much longer for our 4/9 refund ! Received a courtesy e-mail from TDF last weds stating that it could be 10 business days for refund, but not sure if that meant from date of performance or date of the e-mail ?
Has anyone heard from St. Ann’s about The Jungle? They’re pushing back the entire production so I only have to assume my ticket in early May will be effected. Have not heard from them, though their website says “keep checking back for updates” and that “someone will be in touch in the coming weeks.” Just curious if anyone else has heard a peep.
Just as a note, as someone who is working on the other side of this situation, please do have patience. It's likely that the group of people working through refunds and credit/donation options is smaller than you'd think and extremely overwhelmed right now.
I got refunded for the PLAY THAT GOES WRONG tour and plan to donate the money. I have yet to be refunded for LES MISÉRABLES, another tour that I held tickets for. However, that's because Les Mis is simply postponed for now, as opposed to Wrong, which was cancelled entirely.

I completely get it. More so than lots of others, as I have been there and worked the war zone front line of both tickets and customer service. Which is why I have not reached out to them and plan to give them all the time they need. I was just wondering if anyone else had heard yet.
But to echo Charley, please please please be patient with your customer service reps during this time. They don’t want to be at work putting their lives at risk any more than you don’t but they are, working diligently, to get you and tens of thousands of others what you need.

Got a call last night as my show was yesterday. They will credit me within the next 30 days since the theater box office is overwhelmed and understaffed. I also have a show on 5/2 which I ask about rescheduling but could not since the Broadway official reopening was set for 4/13 so until that is extended they cannot reschedule. The rep also indicated the show will extend through the second week of August.
I just got a refund for Hadestown for April 25th, which is obviously after the mid-April shutdown date. It's clear that they know it's not coming back next month but have not announced it publicly.
Anyone know Lehman Trilogy status? I have ticket for April 15th. Ticketmasters' chat said they had no word on whether it would resume after April 12. Hard to believe Cuomo would want the city back in action while it's struggling with virus inflicted.

I've been waiting for them to reach out since they said they would be contacting everyone. My ticket was for Easter weekend. It and Assassins are the only shows I haven't gotten refunds for.
