I received Cambodian Rock Band last week but I had called them and requested before the closures were announced. They refunded without question.
I also received Hangmen points via Audience Rewards last week but the cash has yet to hit my PayPal account. It's scheduled to hit tomorrow.
This morning I received my Telecharge refund for Diana.
Yesterday I was contacted by Carnegie Hall that all performances have been cancelled through May 10 which includes the New York Pops concert honoring the Lopezes. So I'm waiting for that automatic refund.
Also, the BAM website now says that Lungs has been postponed and that we should contact info@bam.org for refund or exchange information. You can also donate the cost of your ticket back to BAM. I have not received any communication from them about this.

Just got an interesting email from 59e59 saying they cannot refund charges directly to a credit card and I can donate, keep it as a credit on my account or request a check.
I’ve had many tickets refunded over the years and I’ve never seen this before.

Can I ask how you requested this? I bought a Company ticket in-person at the box office with my credit card and wasn’t sure how to go about requesting a refund for that. Thanx"
My in person ticket I bought with a card at the Broadhurst was credited today. It was automatically refunded.

I purchased a ticket in cash for COMPANY this week. I'm out in NJ and wasn't able to get to box office before they closed. Does anyone know if they will honor that ticket for a future performance, or issue a cash refund when the box office re-opens?
Any info would be appreciated."
I also have a cash bought ticket for Jagged Little Pill that was happening tonight. I'm in PA and won't be making it back until April 14th or whenever Broadway opens back up. I'm holding onto mine and taking it whenever I go in NYC again to see what will happen.

I received a refund for Little Shop tickets (for Easter weekend bought from Telecharge) on March 12. I didn't contact them at all nor did I get any notification from them, I just happened to check my statement and saw the refund.

I got 3 refunds for my Jagged Little Pill shows that were supposed to happen this past Sunday, today and tomorrow today. 2 were online telecharge and one was box office credit card bought. Still waiting for the Lauren Patten concert that was cancelled on Sunday to be refunded.

Similarly, have not received a refund from TDF for today’s performance of The Minutes and tonight’s performance of Flying Over Sunset!

That doesn't seem right. Credit card refunds are the easiest to do. I would call your credit card company.

I got my Telecharge refunds for WSS and American Buffalo. I am still waiting for the Hudson to call me about Plaza Suite. Has anyone had any dealings with them?
Still waiting on Assassins too. Waiting to see what they do since they're thinking of moving dates around.

Sounds less about process limitations and more about their cash flow. If you are able, consider donating. If not, I imagine you'd be able to get it properly refunded if you pushed them a bit.

Got an email this morning asking how I wanted to handle my Molly Brown ticket and received confirmation of a refund this afternoon.
It probably would be logistically challenging, but I wish there was a way to donate a % of your ticket price and get the rest of a refund (like 50-50) rather than it be an all or nothing option.
Given the huge volume of tickets I had purchased I could in no way donate all off those costs, but for the smaller theaters I definitely would have done a 50-50.
And yes, I know I can now go and make a specific donation and will likely do so. It just would have been a convenient thing in the moment to do instead of asking for a full refund.

I received my Telecharge refunds today for WSS, Woolf and Mockingbird (LCT order). Still waiting for my Ticketmaster Six refund, which I actually requested before the Broadway shutdown, but obviously they are processing a ton of refunds, so I am sure it will show up eventually.
I emailed Roundabout to request a refund for Caroline.
I also received an email today from Second Stage about Between the Lines being pushed out to 5/12, and they offered a refund (subscription seat).

I got all of these except for St. Ann's at this point, although I don't think they know what the plan is at this point, whether The Jungle can move to a later date, or whatnot, so probably waiting until there is more of plan first, like do I want to swap into the future production or get a refund, etc.
Had my tickets for the final two performances of The Inheritance refunded yesterday. I bought them at the box office.

Same here - received an email from TDF stating to be patient and refund might take up to 10 days

My dad, his parents (who are in their late 80s/early 90s) and I were going to see Come From Away last Saturday, however we were thinking of postponing anyways. Now that Broadway has temporarily shut down, it seems as though our decision was made. I was with my dad when he got the tickets at the Gerald Schoenfeld Theatre paying via card. My dad texted me confirming he got the refund for our four tickets. Hope this helps! And good luck with your refunds and I hope you get to see many amazing shows! Also stay safe everyone :)

I was thinking about it and it’s possible they are working remotely and don’t have the ability to do anything but cut checks from home.
I’m not worried. I’m sure it will all get sorted out in time.

I still have not gotten the cash portion of my refund from Audience Rewards for Hangmen. The money appeared in my PayPal account as Pending last week with an expected date of 3/18. The money is still Pending so I can't access it at all. Just mentioning in case this happens to anyone else.

Nothing from the Hudson. The phone line doesn't work and there's no email address or contact info. Its awful.

If you go under "about us" there is an email address for them. I can't speak for today, but I used it last year to compliment one of their staff. They received my email and responded.

I also haven’t yet heard from St. Ann’s about The Jungle. For anyone who has heard, was it a personalized email or was it an email blast to all ticket holders?"
Telecharge in-person credit card orders are automatic with no need to do anything, not sure if it's similar for Ticketmaster but I would assume so.
