To jump back 15 or so pages, Adventures in Babysitting came out in 1987. I know that because it's the year I was born. Somehow, that makes me feel as though I'm more connected to Anth. Silly Stagewhore. And now on to another topic. I can't tell if it's me that smells like onions, or if it's my room. But either way, it means I have some laundry to do. But I refuse! I still have... some jeans that fit me about 4 years ago. And now, for something completely... related. I finally saw Hedwig last night. I adore it. It beats Rocky Horror, IMO. And Micheal Cerveris played Hedwig, too? Sexy! That is all (for now.)
"`I grow old... I grow old... I shall wear the bottoms of my trousers rolled.` What does that mean, Mr. Marlowe?"
"Not a bloody thing. It just sounds good."
He smiled. "That is from the `Love Song of J. Alfred Prufrock.` Here's another one. `In the room women come and go/Talking of Michael Angelo.' Does that suggest anything to you, sir?"
"Yeah -- it suggests to me that the guy didn't know very much about women."
"My sentiments exactly, sir. Nonetheless I admire T. S. Eliot very much."
"Did you say, 'nonetheless'?"

the movies still playing in some theaters where I live, I was going to try to see a show yesterday but that fell through and I leave tonight for school , back to the cold East Coast, only to return in April when my exams are finished
In case anyone was concerned about the onion smell, I figured it out. It was just what I ate for lunch. Hooray! No laundry today.

you saw hedwig, stagewhore??? woot! it's my fave musical after rent. Anthony played Hedwig for a while a couple years ago. I would pay a million dollars to see that. Wow.
And I love your sig. Where are people finding all these jesse quotes?

Avatar: Me with Al Larson, Jonathan Larson's father.
I didn't see it live; it was the dvd version. But the extras on the dvd were really neat. And the Jesse quote is something he said on the video blog a little while back. It's a paraphrase, though, since the direct quote wouldn't have made much sense.
ETA: Yes, you do need to see Hedwig.

I'm an '87, what was even weirder was in a interview (few pages back) Anthony was saying that it was amazing that Adventures in Babysitting was almost 20 years old (it came out the year I was born).... wow I feel soo old
He was like "see it!" and I was just like "I was barely alive when you made that! And now you yourself are here telling me to see it!" I was just a bit boggled. Age differences make me think weirdly sometimes.
