The Bridges of Madison County
Carrie (1988 Version)
The Visit
Side Show (I just want it to be a hit. In a smaller theatre with a couple "names" mixed into the cast, I think it could happen)
[title of show]
America Psycho and Bonnie & Clyde
even though they were cast so perfectly the first time around
Dear World (oh that score)
Henrey Sweet Henry (oh that score)

Oh, and American Psycho, R&H's Cinderella (with a different book than Beane's please), and The Visit.
I second the two exclamation point titled DRAT! THE CAT! and the first out of town version of BREAKFAST AT TIFFANY'S before Albee took all the fun out of the show. Always liked the covers of songs from THE YEARLING. Another questionable flop, HIGH SPIRITS was my favorite musical I saw for my 13th birthday but the casting has to be really outstanding. The show has a great score though. MACK AND MABEL as done in its' pre-Broadway version in Los Angeles before it was changed for the worse in New York (similar to BREAKFAST AT TIFFANY'S). Second level choices are TENDERLOIN, BAKER STREET, GOLDILOCKS and HENRY SWEET HENRY with Michael Bennett's fluid cinematic staging intact. BAJOUR was fun but not worth reviving as was FLORA THE RED MENACE. I truly enjoyed KING OF HEARTS though. Nix on ILLYA DARLING, DANCE OF THE VAMPIRES, PLATINUM, THOU SHALL NOT and A DOLL'S LIFE. Always enjoyed the score of 110 IN THE SHADE but never saw it. I'm pretty sure it didn't turn a profit. Curiosity flops I'd like to see are MARILYN, AN AMERICAN FABLE and ROCKABYE HAMLET as well as its' composer, Cliff Jones', own Monroe musical titled HEY, MARILYN!. Always liked to song, "Hiya, Joe" that Beverly D'Angelo sings on the cast recording. And I would like to see a version of RAGS and THE RED SHOES just in homage to the score's composers. The former show's song "Blame It On A Summer Night" is one of Charles Strouse's best melodies.

Parade, Big Fish, Bridges of Madison County, R+H's Cinderella, and Legally Blonde.
It had a limited run, but I really wish Deaf West's Spring Awakening were around for longer.
I missed out on American Psycho and would love to see it onstage some day.

'It Shoulda Been You'!!! Was such a fun show, with an excellent and gracious cast. Loved it so much.
'American Psycho' definitely as well!
Holler if Ya Hear Me.. I really wanted to see this show, but just didn't get around to it unfortunately because it closed so quickly.

THE RED SHOES because I missed it the first time around
LEAP OF FAITH with the Los Angeles score and a tighter book

There's a version of the script that fits the bill that's been on ice since 2009, just waiting for the thaw. The ball is in the court of the Austrian copyright holders.

I know there is no real affection for 'The Capeman', but having seen it 3 times on Broadway, I think it an incredible score & story (and the Public Theatre / Central Park version was horrible, so go back to the broadway version and see what can be done)
Catch Me If You Can
Cry-Baby
Doctor Zhivago
Little Women
Seussical

Bright Star! Miss that lovely show.
Also, would have liked to see Tuck Everlasting, the set looked gorgeous.
American Psycho since it's a bloody crime that this show flipped. Bonnie and Clyde, Carrie, Dance of the Vampires.
CHESS...what an amazing score...someone please revive this mess of a musical production and make it work!!
just curious why are so many of you here wanting a revival of shows that recently flopped?...they flopped for a reason people!...a revival should be of a show from the distant past...not from this past year IMHO...:)
