Ah gotcha. Lempicka, Sing Street, &Juliet, Back To The Future, Karate Kid, Marie Dancing still (is this still a thing?), Once Upon A One More Time, Devil Wears Prada are all options

Most of those shows are too big for the Music Box

It's very early to be speculating on this - but the Music Box would be the perfect size for Sing Street. If A Strange Loop continues at the Lyceum, and Kimberly Akimbo at the Booth, this would be the best house for a small scale show like Sing Street.

One More Time is produced by the Nederlanders and unlikely to go to a Shubert house.

Sean Hayes mentions on this week’s episode of Smartless that Goodnight, Oscar, the play he just did in Chicago is coming to Broadway.

My early guess is Sing Street.
Would & Juliet fit here though? I think that’s a Broadhurst show but who knows.

Would put my money on Goodnight, Oscar for the Fall limited run, &Juliet for the Spring.

I think & Juliet is too big of a show for that space.
I could see it being a play or Kimberly Akimbo?

How have so many people missed the KIMBERLY AKIMBO Booth Theatre announcement from before Memorial Day?

I know Harmony is pursuing a transfer, this could be a decent fit for them.

I keep reading Kimberly Akimbo for the Music Box, but the Booth is a perfect fit for an intimate musical such as this. I hope they keep it.

I think it’s less missing it and more wanting for it.

Suffs maybe? Although that might be too far out, considering Shaina has said she wants to work more on it and maybe do an out of town run before bringing it to Broadway. I'm guessing the earliest it would arrive on Broadway would be spring 2023, and the Music Box probably wouldn't wait that long to bring a new show in.

I fully knew this and just forgot, ha. Still excited for it to come in. I would think something must have pushed DEH out.

Yes my assumption is that something is being announced for the Music Box within the next 24 hours before the advance edition of Sunday's NYT starts printing & being distributed to theatre offices. Same goes for the Lunt. I don't know if "pushed out" is the word –– the show has run its course and there are shows waiting for theaters.

The Broadhurst is getting “Beautiful Noise.” “& Juliet” already has a theater, and it’s none of the ones mentioned in this thread.

The Broadway? I feel like I remember that being mentioned before.

& Juliet is currently playing London’s Shaftesbury Theatre, which has over 1400 seats.
I can’t really imagine Eva Price bringing this one to a bigger Broadway house, but it all depends on availability.
