Will Swenson tweeted a few days ago that his last performance in Les Mis is May 10th. Anyone have any ideas of who could be his replacement?
I would LOVe to see Earl Carpenter back in the role. He was phenomenal.

What is Will going to do now?
The chances of Bull Durham making to Broadway are slim.

I'd love to see Adam Monley take over the role. I've seen him as Javert twice and he's terrific.

Him and Audra McDonald are doing A MOON FOR THE MISBEGOTTEN at Williamstown this summer.

I have total faith in Audra being able to pull it off, but am not so sure about Swensen. It's going to be a stretch for him. I've always liked Will and wish the best for him. I just have trouble seeing him play a drunken, down-at-the heels, hopeless life castaway. Who knows? Good luck, Will.
I like Will and have liked him in other roles, but I did not enjoy his Javert at all. I wish him the best in his next project, which I bet him playing off Audra would be fantastic.
I would love to see John Rapson get bumped to Javert, because his performance when I saw him as an understudy was just incredible. Since that seems unlikely given Rapson is playing Grantaire, I would also love Andrew Valera to reprise his role from the tour.
Earl Carpenter will be taking over.

I'm looking forward to seeing Earl's Javert again, he was great last summer in NY and in Toronto.
