ok..Sutton Foster is amazing

i just saw a video of Sutton singing On My Own...
i think my jaw is still on the floor. i don't think i have ever heard it sung like that. let me just say that i have seen les miz over 100 times cause when i was a starving actress at the time i first came to NYC..i sold programs at Les Miz!!! (hey, don't laugh, thats how i met the musical director for Miss Saigon!)
anyway...i think Sutton is one in a million..and i would really like to hear her sing the music from the show that has the two witches...see? i didn't even say the name of the show!! =)

Sutton Foster is absolutely my favorite person right now. Her voice is incredible. Have you listened to Little Women and Millie? She is just amazing. Can't get enough of her!

She is truly amazing! We got to see her live in "Millie" and she is WONDERFUL! I can only hope she'll return to NYC in the near future... We'll worth a long trip to see her live...

Sutton is nothing short of stunning. Her voice, her stage presence, and gosh darnit, watching that girl tap dance is a gift in and of itself. I'm going to her "June in January" concert at Joe's Pub next week. I would love to hear her sing "On My Own". Anyone else going?

Agree! I had the good fortune to interview her (in person) and she really is the full package. Naturally talented, honest, unjaded without being naive and driven while not obsessed with success.

I also had the pleasure of working on 2 projects with musical director Robert Meffe, who was MD for Les Miz when Sutton first came into the role of Eponine. For a guy who's been around a ton of big names to say that she was amazingly adaptable and made that role shine, is a real compliment.

She really is a theater role model for many aspiring young actors. I hope it takes her far.

I love Sutton. I loved her in both Millie and LW. I thought she was fantastic in Drowsy Chaperone. I can't wait till the show goes to Broadway and she wins her second tony for the role of Janet (The Bride)!

Yes, she sure is amazing, and astonishing as well!
I've been in awe of her since the first time I saw her as Millie, Thursday night May 30, 2002 (the stub is on my board right next to me) and I was rooting her on the follwing Sunday when she won her Tony. I went back to see her 5 more times as Millie, including her finale, and saw her in Little Women and at Lincoln Center, and I got to meet her a few times as well, and let me tell you she is just as sweet as she is talented!
Sorry I can't make it to Joe's Pub Monday night, but I'm looking forward to Feinsteins in March, and hopefully we'll see her soon in Drowsy.

Oh yes, and I did register on to the Fame Fan Forum, but I couldn't wait, so I posted my praises here.

She IS astonishing!!!! I would LOVE to her see her in person... oh my GOSH... speaking of which, my school is rehearsing Thoroughly Modern Millie right now (we're the first amateur group to get the rights) and they were trying to put together some kind of benefit for BC/EFA and invited Sutton Foster, but she declined. Wouldn't that have been awesome, though?

oh yay! i am so glad i picked someone everyone loves. who could say anything bad about Sutton? i didn't just type that..did i??!!
anyway..she is like buttah and i LUV her! wow..i cry when i hear her sing...its so weird..she totally gives me goosebumps! she is just the IT FACTOR defined...
