Hey everybody, we are currently looking to buy some tickets for Les Mis this August and are unfamiliar with the Broadhurst... How are the partial view seats? The Mezzanine? Or should we just spring for orchestra... Thanks much!

I'm trying to buy tickets for Les Mis in August... But I've never bought tickets online before... Can you only pay with a credit card, or are debit cards accepted? Sorry for the dumb question...

When my school did Yankees, we didn't have the cigarrette "appear"... Rather, the guy playing the Devil had one of those handheld "sparkers" that you can hide in your palm that makes sparks which, if you have the right kind of material, will cause the material to ignite and make a blaze of (harmless) fire shoot up (you'd probably have to research exactly what the trick is). But it was definately more effective and wicked cool.

That is something I've been looking forward to... It's a sad day for reality television when even the token nasty British host can barely critisize a performance.

I know these are completely repetitive, but I did a search to ensure that this particular topic wasn't discussed (but, eh, my compy's wonky so who knows)... I was watching Heroes and a commercial for "YTOTIW" came on, claiming that this week the contestants would be judged by the "undisputed king of Broadway-Andrew Lloyd Webber"... Um... Anyone want to dispute this? Who really is the king of Broadway? David Merrick? Stephen Sondheim? Max Bialystock? I think it's a bit...over the top to claim ...

Anyone know if this is entirely sold out yet? I would totally skip school to drive down to NYC for this...

First off, can I just say how annoying it is when someone posts with the intent purpose to simply annoy people, unwilling to take into consideration both sides of the arguement and debate intelligently? I feel sorry for those on here who have taken the time to respond so eloquently to someone who won't even listen... Secondly, I contest the point that "The Lion King" is not a "black" show. All of these choices made me die a little inside... If a movie were ever to be made (and it could be a nice movie if the cinematography was done well-I've often thought how cool it would be to direct it) I would want as much of the original cast as possible-honestly, Brian Stokes Mitchell or nothing! Well, discounting "West Side Story", which I believe contains some of the BEST love songs ever written... I'm a fan of the "mixed emotions" in Company's "Sorry, Grateful" and "Being Alive"...

I'm looking for an honest prediction about the probability of Les Miserables selling out its run... A friend and I would like to take a day trip down to New York to see the show around February, and I'm wondering if it would be wise to buy tickets now... Will it sell out like "A Chorus Line", or will people be thinking "eh, didn't that already close?" and not bother? More optimistically, what are the odds that it may be on TKTS a few months after it opens? Thanks much!

I'm not a huge fan of the "instrumental reprises" at the end of The Ballad of Guiteau and Czolgoz on the Assassins Revival Recording...

For me it's all based on location/ability to see a show. I live in New England and am a student, so I can only go down to New York once a year-for Model UN. So, when I come here, I want to see a show that I haven't seen in any form or shape. (I won't see shows I've already seen or shows that have been made into movies like Phantom or RENT) I feel as if I've already "seen" it, it's a waste of money and the experience.
