Also
Belle~ Beauty and the Beast
Gypsy Rose Lee her self
Eponine ~ Les Mis
but if I could only pick one Penny would be it!!
Hands down:
Katemonster in Avenue Q. That being said no one is better in the role then Stephanie D' Abruzzo.

I would have to go with the Baker's Wife in Into the Woods.

Hands down:
Shylock
Mother in Ragtime would be for sure #1, but Lilli/Kate in KMK, Eve in Children of Eden, Lucille in Parade, Mama Rose in Gypsy, and Julie Jordan in Carousel would be some other top picks.
Besides movies I suppose my dream Broadway role would be Eva Peron- No Question.

Leo Bloom. Everything about that role is perfect: You get the chance to make people laugh, dance with some of cutest girls on Broadway, and get a blue blanket! I mean who doesn't want a blue blanket?

Mary Magdelene in JCS....or Emma in J&H...one of the two would be the greatest honor...
Leo Bloom! There's very few leading men that seem to fit my type, but Bloom is def. one of them. Come to think of it, I'd be perfrctly happy completely following in the footsteps of Matthew Broderick's broadway career.

Madame Thenardier-Les Mis. MY opinion is let the leads have their fun, I just adore the character roles. To me, there's nothing like making to audience laugh. I think Hold-me Touch-me from "Producers" would be a ball, as would Ado Annie from "Oklahoma!" (I hate the show, but I think that role's adorable as is the music).
Used to be Eliza, but not really possible.
Oh! I almost forgot Adelaide from "Guys and Dolls" and Eulalie Shinn from "The Music Man".
If I were a guy, the list would be endless. SOmehow it just seems like guys get so many more of the character roles, though I feel like I might be wrong. IF I were a guy either the Dentist from "LSOH" or Bialystock from "Producers" or Mark from "Rent".
