I'll just suggest the simple one I actually used for my quote last year:
"Look behind the facade."-Jekyll & Hyde

Here is the one I *think* I am going to use:
"So let me hit the stage I wanna take my bow, ´cause Mama I´m a big girl now!" Not exactly sentimental but I think it fits perfectly, because I´m a big girl now and especially if you want to pursue acting. I also like my signature one. "And you never know till you reach the top if it was worth the uphill climb. You´ve got to go after the things you want while you´re still in your prime." Hope this helps. There have been some really good ones!

"What at night seems oh so sceneic, may be cynic by and by"
-The Fantasticks
"All I need is one more try; I've gotta get that kite to fly, and Im not the kind of guy to give up easily"
-You're a Good Man Charlie Brown
"Considerable trouble and considerable joy"
-Big River
"Everybody's playing the game, but nobody's rules are the same"
-Chess
"I was born in a ditch in West Virginia... Just take a look at me now!"
-Wild Party (Lippa)
"Sweet wounded Jesus!"

"Time's so fast, now goes quickly, see now its past."
-Sweeney Todd
When I graduated high school, the Top Ten in the class got to have senior quotes next to their pictures, ranks, and GPAs... I wanted to be sassy, especially to all of those who said I could never do well in school and also be super involved in our theater department, so my Top Ten quote was:
"Who needs to read and write when you can dance and sing?"
-Hairspray
I found it quite amusing, especially since everyone else's quotes were things like, "Don't procrastinate" and "Be a winner". Haha...
My plain old senior quote was "Life is like a musical- each part is going to get its chance to sing."
And my Hall of Fame (a tradition my school does) was "We're the movers and we're the shapers. We're the names in tomorrow's papers. It's our time, breathe it in. Worlds to change and worlds to win." That's from Merrily We Roll Along if you didn't know...
I love the idea of having a musical quote in the yearbook...
"Take a breathe, take a step, take a chance. Take your time"
-The Last 5 Years
"When I can't find a single star to hang my wish upon, I just move on"
-"I move on" <---so it's not from a Broadway show but it's the song that they wrote for the movie Chicago and it's a great quote. It was gonna be my quote in my yearbook senior year but they cut our quotes out
Good luck!
"Cages or wings, which do you perfer?" - tick.. tick... BOOM!

AHH! A NEW thread! I love it!
I guess my favorite would be "And just when you think you're out there own your own, you see yourself in someone else's eyes. And if they told you you could never love yourself, it was a lie." -Taboo

"i know things now, many terrible things that i hadn't known before." ITTW.
"You'd never get away with this in a play, but if it's loudly sung and in a foreign tounge it's just the sort of story audiences adore, in fact, perfect opera!"
-Phantom of the Opera
Or something very similar to that. I may have misquoted.

I second, "Forget regret, or life is your to miss" from RENT...
My favorite is a Billy Joel song, "I've Loved These Days."
"And so before we end, and then begin
we'll raise a toast to how it's been.
A few more hours to be complete
A few more nights on satin sheets
A few more times that I can say
I've loved these days."

My quote this year is "No Day But Today". It was between that or "forget regret or life is yours to miss", but i thought "no day but today" might have been better. But now I think I should have gone with the other one. Ahh.
