In La Cage Aux Folles, the parental Dindons don't show up until well into Act 2, and Ann is only in Act 1 briefly.
every character that gets a song in act two of CATS, with the exception of Macavity, aren't seen until act two. granted, the actors playing them are seen, but they don't get into full character drag until their song in act two...
I thought of the reverse of this -- Vittorio in Sweet Charity ONLY shows up in the first act.
