Jacob, she was wonderful as Reno. I saw her in November.
When you say......."they are probably working on adjusting sets and stuff for the tour," what does that mean? Is the show being rewritten with different sets, and who are the they, that you are referring to?

Posted: 1/2/12 at 11:12pmI have to wonder if they plan on extending the B'way show past April?? They should extend it until August, at least, but would really like to see it run until the end of 2012 with Block taking over. If not, Block needs to do the tour.
A Chorus Line revival played its final Broadway performance on August 17, 2008. The tour played its final performance on August 21, 2011. A new non-equity tour started in October 2012 played its final performance on March 23, 2013. Another non-equity tour launched on January 20, 2018. The tour ended its US run in Kansas City and then toured throughout Japan August & September 2018.

It wouldn't surprise me if it closes in April and they use the set for the tour, the set itself is fairly basic and would require only minor modifications to make it tourable, it has already extended twice so I imagine Roundabout will have made their investment back already.

Posted: 1/11/12 at 5:51amNo word yet on Sutton leaving for a break and SJB replacing, which is strange, considering Sutton was suppose to be leaving to direct the production of Chaperone for three weeks at the end of Jan, doubt they would put the understudy on for three weeks (despite the fact I hear Tari is wonderful!)
