I rushed the 5 p.m. show Friday. Got to box office at 3 p.m.; was fifth in line. No problem getting rush tix. About 12-14 people in line by the time box office began selling rush at 4 p.m.
My friend did rush last Friday. She got there at 3:00 PM for the 5:00 PM show and was the first person in line. They don't guarantee rush seats so she wasn't sure if she'd get one. An hour later, they sold her a ticket.
I rushed a few Fridays ago for a 9:30 show. My friend and I got there around 6 with 2 people in front of me. I’m 99% sure the rush was cash only, but call the Public and double check. (I paid in cash)
I rushed the show on Tuesday and I got there a little after 5pm and there were four people in line. Most of the people didn't show up until 6pm. By the time they started selling tickets there were about fifteen people in line and most of them bought two tickets each. It looked like everyone got tickets. I hope this helps and have a great time! Phenomenal show!
Is Ruthie Ann Miles still in the show? I saw it 2 months ago and Jaygee Macapugay was on for Imelda and it seems like she’s been going on a lot since then.
I saw this amazing show yesterday and Ruthie Ann was indeed on and fantastic. I arrived for rush an hour before they were released and was third in line.
Anyone rush this recently? On Fridays, do they begin selling for both shows at 6:00, or do they wait until 9:30 to start selling for the 10:30? I ask because the night I'm thinking about going, I'm seeing Blue Man Group right across the street at 8:00 and was thinking about catching the 10:30 Here Lies Love. Thanks!
I've seen the show 4 times now, and rush has been very random. Normally as long as you are in the first 10 people in line you will be fine, however the other day I had a group of 5 people in front of me who all bought two tickets, and all they had left were super obscured seats in the boxes. Weekday and late show rush is much easier. Also rush is more crowded now that they have announced closing. Hope this helps people!
Bump! I was hoping to rush this show on the coming Tuesday night. I'm a student and I saw an earlier post about them selling student rush tickets in advance at the box office. Does this still hold true or should I try the rush? Thanks!
