And it's on sale!
Can't wait to hear it!
Bill Elliot: OLC
Wow, thanks for sharing. Having the CD is a must for me.
This is the songle cd? What about the double cd?
Dress Circle has them both I believe.

Well, the 2nd disc is a DVD right? It's an import, so would it even play in American DVD players? Perhaps that's why they just have the 1 disc version.

Hum, maybe...I can't get to dress circle right now... Updated On: 12/5/05 at 02:48 PM
The second disc has Elton John singing the same three songs he added to the Peachtree Road album from Billy Elliot.

Mine was shipped today from Amazon.com.uk for about 11.93 GBPs (includes shipping). I got the 1CD version. Can't wait as well.
Did you ship from Amazon UK to the US? I just checked it just now and the CD costs ₤10.99 plus S&H of ₤3.08. It's still a better deal than Footlight or Dress Circle though.
I prefer to support Footlight. I have this fear their website will shut down too. I love that freaking store. They are so nice.

Well, I believe they recorded the entire score. There are many scores that only stretch 15 tracks or less. 24 bucks for something I've been waiting a long time to hear really isn't that much.

Oh, no, I wasn't putting it down. Hell, Tick tick boom is one of my fav. scores and its only 14 songs - that's including a cut song. Anyways, I was just wondering if this was like the "highlights" recording or if it was the complete score.
Also, why is there a parental advisory sticker? Is there that much cussing?

Well, they do say "feck" a lot in the film. Could be it.
The whole number of "Solidarity" is loaded with colorful language.
Ooooh I can't wait! I love me some parental advisory cast recordings.
If the trains are still running 12/19, I will go over to Tower near Lincoln Center to see if they have it

LoL - I just never imagined Billy Elliot - the big sell-out family show - would have a parent advisory sticker. There would never been a family show here w/ "colorful language." I can't imagine Wicked being explicit. ha.
