Esparza for Company - Will win Best Actor

Daphne for Les Mis - Will win Best Featured Actress

Audra for 110 In The Shade - Will be Snubbed

Ebersole for Grey Gardens - Will Win Best Actress

(Won't Audra vs. Christine be an interesting contest.)

Well he'll certainly be nominated for Company. I like to think that they'll award him because they failed to award Cerveris this year.

The revival category next year will be killer!

well if they like young newcomers like that falsetto guy,
ARDEN has a better chance, he is a real talent!
Esparza's really good too.

MARY POPPINS will probably take Best Musical, Christine Ebersole will most likely win Best Leading Actress for GREY GARDENS, and A CHORUS LINE will most likely win Best Revival of a Musical, even thought it will have competition from COMPANY and LES MISERABLES.

Lead Actress in a Musical-

Stephanie J Block, "The Pirate QueeN"
Ashley Brown, "Mary Poppins"
Charlotte d'Amboise, "A Chorus Line"
Christine Ebersole, "Grey Gardens"
Audra McDonald, "110 in the Shade" * (Winner)

Tonya Pinkins: Then we had a "Lot's Wife" last June that was my personal favorite. I'm still trying to get them to let me sing it at some performance where we get to sing an excerpt that's gone.
Tony Kushner: You can sing it at my funeral.

THE CHORUS LINE and Les MIZ Revivals are word for word and identical design reproductions of the originals, so I hope they do not win.

I'm so excited about the revivals coming out this year. And I also hope they do a really good job with Legally Blonde.

Alright, this is going to sound stupid (and it probably is), but where do you find out which musicals are coming to Broadway next year? I'd hear about Mary Poppins, Les Mis, and A Chorus Line, but where do you find out about the rest?

Welcome to the boards. Not a stupid question at all. I actually find out through this board so stick around long enough and skim the boards every once in a while... you'll be brought up to speed in no time.

I still think it's just stupid to have Les Miz considered as a revival when it has the same creative team. How's that even possible?

and I doubt Michael Arden (as much as I love him - and I might get to finally meet him in December) would win for The Times They Are A Changin'.

Lea Michele-if she is good, I think she will at least be nominated for best featured actress in a musical for "Les Miserables." She has a great role (Eponine) that has a lot of depth, a compelling story, and great songs.

Les Miserables, may win best revival or special event(or whatever the award is titled), whichever the Tony committee thinks it best fits.
