One is scheduled for my April visit and I'm considering going. I'd love any feedback from those of you that have gone could provide!
TIA
If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it?
These are DISCUSSION boards, not mutual admiration boards. Discussion only occurs when we are willing to hear what others are thinking, regardless of whether it is alignment to our own thoughts.
"This table, he is over one hundred years old. If I could, I would take an old gramophone needle and run it along the surface of the wood. To hear the music of the voices. All that was said." - Doug Wright, I Am My Own Wife
Worth it. Go by yourself. Go with friends. Go with a blind date.
"The Spectacle has, indeed, an emotional attraction of its own, but, of all the parts, it is the least artistic, and connected least with the art of poetry. For the power of Tragedy, we may be sure, is felt even apart from representation and actors. Besides, the production of spectacular effects depends more on the art of the stage machinist than on that of the poet."
--Aristotle
And thanks for the encouragement, to go see...I think I'll head on over after SA that night!

I think it's usually roughly been the weekend before that the cast list is announced- so for example for next week, it should hopefully be the 19th/20th when the list is announced...
Gah... I need to know who is going to be there! I have to decide if I am going to be irresponsible on one of my toughest work weeks of the year and go. I am 90% sure I am going. The cast list should be enough to push me to 100!
Pretty pretty please don't you ever ever feel like you're less than f**ckin' perfect!
Awsome! I've been wanting to see this for awhile and I can't wait until they release the cast list. $20 admission isn't bad at all but does any know if there is a food/dring minimum at the zipper factory?
"Perhaps, when we remember wars, we should take off our clothes and paint ourselves blue and go on all fours all day long and grunt like pigs."
Kurt Vonnegut, Cat's Cradle
No food or drink minimum. There is food next door at the tavern and there is a small bar outside of the theatre and a full one at the tavern. There is a walk through between the two. Last month the drinks were BANGING!

The Zipper is an actual theater. It's the one we went to with all the old car seats in it (I don't know if you were atcually with us that day).
I'm really liking the cast list this month. I hope I can go.

I chose, and my world was shaken- So what? The choice may have been mistaken,
The choosing was not...

"And when Idina Menzel is singing, I'm always slightly worried that her teeth are going to jump out of her mouth and chase me." - Schmerg_the_Impaler
Got my tix! I'm seeing SA that night...will it be a big problem to get to the Zipper afterwards? I was planning to SD, but
How big is the place btw? Are all seats great or get I get stuck with a horrible site line if I don't dash right over after curtain?
Any info greatly appreciated.
THANKS.

It's not that big at all. You should be able to see just fine.

Are you kidding me? They've outdone themselves this time. I'd better get a ticket before the SA-ers flock.
