No I will not shaddup. I will exercise my right to voice my opinion just like the rest of you, even if you do not agree with it because this is a free country. 

Just because I don't think Hilary "Gotdamn" Clinton sh!ts violets and I am not willing to drink her urine like the rest of you doesn't mean I am rooting for Trump to win.

These are absolutely the two worst candidates we've had to choose from IMO.

Carlos, if you feel that way, fine, I guess - but despite appearances, this is not a reality TV show. Forget about the candidates as people. Focus on the policies!  Here's a short Guardian article from last week which really puts it simply.

It's also time for HRC supporters to stop telling others how they should think. Just be grateful that HRC is considered the "lesser of two evils," and take the votes. An article in the Guardian demanding those on the fence see HRC for more than what she is fails to be persuasive. It just unnecessarily adds to the 'noise' of it all and further polarizes undecided voters.

 

Furthermore, what Carlos says can be statistically proven; no other presidential election in American history has featured two major party candidates with lower approval ratings. They are absolutely abysmal and the data unequivocally supports this.

When did American voters become such emotionally needy babies?  

 

"I don't like him/her",

 

"I don't just don't feel she's he/she's for me"

 

"He/she once said something mean"

 

"He/she hasn't told 100% of the truth, 100% of the time, therefor there is no difference between him/her and, basically, Satan"

 

 

I just don't get it.  We're not electing your new BFF, nor your favorite aunt or uncle. Frankly, I wouldn't trust a politician who tells "the truth" (whatever that is) 100% of the time anyway.

This campaign has been rampant with false equivalencies and asymmetrical coverage in the media, and it's disappointing that they have made their way into this thread.  Clinton is as experienced as any candidate in generations, her positions on the issues and proposed programs are supported by the vast majority of folks on this board, and yet she is vilified by many.  Is she perfect?  Far from it, but neither was Obama, Kerry, Gore, Bill Clinton, or any other prior Dem nominee.  She has been subject to more intense scrutiny and unfair journalism as any politician in my lifetime.  Her opponent mocks women and the disabled, wears his ignorance on his sleeve as a badge of honor, and has proposed programs bordering on fascism.  No one has to be as blindly loyal or supportive as PJ, but it is patently preposterous to lump these two candidates together in any manner.

Hear, hear, madbrian and PJ!!! The whole Evil Hillary story line is manufactured, misogynistic, and as stale as last week's bread. Stop drinking the Kool-Aid! I truly believe Bill and Obama when they say that she is the most qualified presidential candidate to ever run for the office. I'm not voting for her out of desperation or because she's the lesser of two evils. I'm voting for her because I think she'll make a great president!
