Becki Newton {Amanda} did play Ruthie, the MYW "UGLY" assisant.
Glad to have that confirmed! I thought it was her.

Where can I see the preview for next week??
I can't wait until Thursday. Even though I liked the swag episode, it obviously didn't advance the story, but this past week's episode was a real jolt!
There were too many good lines to remember them all. "So you're bisexual?" "Yeah, you buy, I'm sexual.", "So I take it everything's a la carte?", LOVE!
And how fabulous is Vanessa Williams? How the hell she didn't get a Golden Globe nod is BEYOND ME!

I don't know if it's been said...but Jason Mraz's song "The Beauty in Ugly" which was written "inspired" by the show, and they play on some of the commercials is AHMAZING....

How awesome was it for UGLY BETTY to win the GOLDEN GLOBES for BEST COMEDY/MUSICAL SERIES and BEST LEAD ACTRESS IN A COMEDY.

Finally, after months of waiting and hoping and praying, Michael Urie is... oh, I’ll let him tell you: "I'm going to be a series regular!" I know what you're probably thinking: Wasn't he already a series regular? The short answer is no. The long answer involves lots of legal mumbo jumbo that I won't bore you with. "I knew it was coming once we got picked up, but I just had to wait it out," Urie explains of his promotion, which kicks in next month. "It was just a formality. And a paycheck." Speaking of which, what did he do to celebrate? "I went to Vegas and saw Prince on New Year's Eve. That [was] my impulse purchase."
