I'm just loving the campiness of this season. The dialogue and the situations are an absolute riot. So far, this season is the most "fun" to watch. The line about the coven needing a new rug had us in stitches.
Okay, so someone tries to make the talented fat black girl believe she's going to be the next Supreme when they know it's not true, and I'm not supposed to think "Dreamgirls"?
OK, who is the little short guy who is on the "council"? I know I know him from somewhere? It's making me nuts.
And I think Zoe is the next Supreme don't you guys?
You know him as Beverly Leslie from "Will & Grace," probably.
I definitely think they are indicating that Zoe is the new supreme. Whether she is or not, I don't know, but it's looking like it.
And I love Leslie Jordan, especially when he was Brother Boy in Sordid Lives. Ain't it a bitch!
How exactly does stabbing a voodoo zombie through the heart kill them?

I'm sorry but I just can't anymore with Dennis O'Hare and the dolls. And his nightgown and bonnet. I just can't.

I'm with you. I just don't know what to do with him.
That scene where Fiona revived the baby... Kathy Bates bringing such humanity to LaLaurie... Nan kicking ass... This was a pretty great episode.
I do not want Zoe to be the Supreme.
The dead baby revival scene confused the hell out of me. Was that a hallucination?
I thought it was meant to show how, at heart, she really cared for her daughter? But if she can bring a baby back to life (and seriously, that's one messed up hospital--just leave the still born baby and mother alone while the lights flicker away...) couldn't she fix her daughter's eyes? I thought she was going to steal the baby's eyes and give them to her lol.
Resurgence is different from healing. Misty said that it wasn't her power that healed her mangled skin, it was the swamp. It only kept her alive enough to find the mud. Fiona has the same power and she used it on the baby.
These last two episodes have been delicious. I feel terrible for Cordelia
I'm not really interested in Delia's storyline. Zoe sawing the zombie's head in half stepped a little to far into the land of ridiculousness. I'm so happy Myrtle's not really dead.
I think Zoe with the chainsaw was the show's way of paying tribute to chainsaw-for-a-hand Ash in the Evil Dead series. I mean, one of the characters in one of the first scenes even called them an "army of darkness".

I'm hoping we see Farmiga go from silly and whimpering to total mutherf*cking badass. And I love the old trope that only the blind can truly see.
And a bbq'd Franny Conroy??? Who can ask for a better Wednesday night??
I loved the chainsaw sequence--taking that horror movie trope and putting it into the hands of the young woman, rather than making her the victim.
Loved it!
That splitting-in-half moment was magnificent!

I did like the chainsaw sequence, much as Zoe works my last nerve.
I hope Delia's eye problems overshadow her fertility issues. I'm so sick of the plotline (on ANY show) about people desperate to have a biological child. I can't even be arsed to pretend to care.
If Lange can bring a dead baby back to life, why can't she bring her daughters dead baby making parts back to life?
And I also hope that Diana Ross makes a cameo this season as the next Supreme.

Or why can't she just fix Delia's eyes? There are so many threads to just not pull at, like has it been established Nan can't read the Supreme's mind? If not, why doesn't she know what Fiona did to Madison?

I really don't want to see Diana Ross called racial slurs and be sexually violated, which is exactly what would happen to her on this show!
I vote Cindy Birdsong.
I can't decided if the loose threads are going to be tied up nuttily or just left to dangle. Either is a possibility in Murphyland.

Probably a little of both. Has this show EVER tied up all loose ends?
What did Zoe say to make the zombies stop? Was it Latin, like the spell she and Madison did to bring back Kyle or was it something else? I rewound it back twice and still couldn't make it out.
Did ANYONE else have a problem with the last minute of the show? The picture just stopped on the rocks, but I heard the sounds. I had to watch the re-air to make sure it wasn't some insane mind-f*ck. Probably just my tv.
