Shira, who are you contacting at the Health Insurance Company? And which one.
I would send a CC to the general counsel just to make sure it escalates to the right person. Go to the company's website and get the contact info for its officers.
I am not sure what they are doing, but PM me if you want.

Hello Adults!
I hope that everyone is well today and had a great Thanksgiving Holiday last week!
All is fine in Atlanta - though busy as always. I spent the Holiday with the family, did a little shopping, watched some football, and put up the Christmas tree / decorated the house for the season this weekend. Now - am back to work and wanted to pop in to say hello to everyone. Happy Birthday, Shamey!
