I finished the Mommy Porn series too, and agree - it got better. Character development was far more interesting, and, it ended up being a romantic fantasy. Frankly, the "erotic" parts were boring. (Although, as mentioned, I will be curious to see who they cast in the film...)
ETA - would I recommend this series to anyone? NO! Frankly, they're poorly written, repetitive and not worth the price. It was an overhyped series! Save your time and pennies.

I'm taking a day off.
I had hoped to actually have a week off to get a million 'life stuff' things done, and give my burned-out brain a break before I have to disappear into the madness, but, that didn't happen. I get a day. And, I'm not really getting anything done. Except for just letting myself stop and drop.
