So, when I walked in today my boss said, "Hey - what are you doing here? I have in my calendar that you're taking a vacation day today!" An error on her part, but why didn't I take advantage of it and RUN?!?

I've had a very busy morning, spreading joy, sunshine and evil throughout the blood relatives. I can happily report the Midwest Contingent is solidly on board for OPERATION: TAKE DOWN, and I'll be working on the Mid-Atlantic branch this afternoon.

Tomorrow I hit the West Coast members. A slightly more delicate touch will be required, but I'm more than up to the task.

No one hurts my sister and remains unscathed.

Heya. Busy here today.


I'm sitting here cracking up about something my cousin told me Baileigh said. She plays soccer and had a match this past Saturday. Before it started she was with her team, and then I guess they went on the field. Shannon thought she saw Bail and a kid from the other team talking, and Baileigh's hand was moving. So, later on Shannon asked her if she had talked to that kid. Bail said yes. Shannon asked her what she said.

Her response:

"You're going downnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn."

That 4 1/2 year old little girl is one piece of work, and I love her to pieces!!

Happy Monday adults! My weekends are so busy that I actually welcome Monday. :)

Last Lawfully Wedded rehearsal, ready for tech and performances this week. Cast The Temperamentals last night. Production meeting for The Music Man tonight. I tells ya, next summer can't come soon enough.

I wish I was in NYC to see you and see two friends in their B'way debuts. Funny I met them both in the same show (Fiddler.)

I"ll admit it. It took me 48 hours to unfurl from the foetal position following my team's inglorious showing in the Grand Final. I was there. I saw the whole, horrible thing. Yes, it was close. That is not the point. I'm almost back to sanity. So, a one million visitor party sounds good.

The painters are in today. The kitchen is one step closer to completion. Yay! The long delay has been for the measurements and cutting of the benchtops.
