Morning, all! Beautiful sunrise as I was driving in today. It'll be in the mid 60s later on this week! This is how I like my global warming.

This is Teacher & Staff Appreciation Week here. The mothers are provding breakfast goodies and treats today. Lunches, chocolate, etc all week long. I am studiously avoiding the Lounge area and already gave away the candy that was in my mailbox. This week can undo any weight loss progress for the entire month of January. Not gonna do it!

Back to the grind for me, too. My first class is this afternoon. Over-tallied -- 27 eager young minds to destroy.

I love the look on their faces when I tell them that when they write their strategies, 5 spelling errors is an automatic F.

And then when they get them back, with the big, fat, red F...

Well Tonky has officially bullied Teaser into sleeping in his litter box. I bought a covering for the litter box and so that's where he feels safe from her. I now took the little box back out and replaced it with a blanket. She's such a meany!

My kitten was going bonkers last night. At one point I swear the thought bubble popped over Serenity's head saying "yeah, and you thought you had it rough with me......"

The breeder we're meeting with has two litters due in a couple of weeks. If all goes well, we should have Max or Fanny in May. I. Can't. Wait.

BTW: The other May event has been postponed until February 2013, so we can celebrate 20 years together.

Dett, that's perfect. It's easier to potty train in nicer weather. The whole snow thing can be tricky. My Logan would never poop in the snow...you had to clear a patch of grass for him.
