We're in the middle of designing a new website. The all-female committee is having territorial fights left and right and HUGE battles over the most obsure details. Throw in a lot of personal vendettas and you have fun, fun, fun! I turned down an invite to join the committee and iut was the best NO I ever said. too bad the boss said yes.

Cheyenne Jackson tickled me. AFTER ordering SoMMS a drink but NOT tickling him, and hanging out with Girly in his dressing room (where he DIDN'T tickle her) but BEFORE we got married. To others. And then he tweeted Boobs. He also tweeted he's good friends with some chick on "The Voice" who just happens to be good friends with Tink's ex. And I'm still married. Oh, and this just in: "Pettiness, spite, malice ....Such ugly emotions... So sad." - After Eight, talking about MEEEEEEEE!!! I'm so honored! :-)

I insist on being the one who unloads the dishwasher at home. If HE does it I can never find anything. He doesn't seem to understand that there are particular cabinets and drawers where utensils and cookware belong.

Come to think of it, that's very clever of him.

I'm heading to CT where the family will gather for the weekend. Hope the weather clears up. Will be nice to spend time with the Dtown group.

And, today... *sigh*. I'm just putting on my battle gear.

At least I have happy memories from last night swirling around in my head. Such a great party! So many of our favorite stars and creative folk. And such a gorgeous soiree.

Mornin.

Moony: J2 has specific places he wants things put away (is this a surprise) and I just, well, don't care, and I generally let the clean dishes sit there until he unloads it. Which pisses him off.

Brd: J2 can't load a dishwasher to save his life. I always have to rearrange everything. Which pisses me off.

TGIF! No major plans for the weekend as J2 is on call. Dinner tonight (not Dovetail!) and going to see a friend in an opera tomorrow night, but other than that not much else.

We saw CHINGLISH last night. Good, not great, but the production is exquisite.

It's a wet day here today too. I'm just happy it's not snow.

What was supposed to be a very busy weekend is turning out to be hopefully a very relaxing one. My card game was cancelled for tonight. My friend who was coming over on Sunday forgot she promised her brother she'd go to Atlantic City, so she cancelled with me. The only set plans I have now is going out for Thai food tomorrow night with friends. So now the rest of the weekend will be spent playing with the animals and doing house work.

BTW can anyone suggest a reasonable home security system? Right now I'm thinking of ADT. The only problem I am having with them is they want $299 up front and then you get back $200...well why don't I just give you $99 and you won't have to worry about mailing me a check in 2 months? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Girly, all I read was that they got in through a front window while the home owners were away. They stole a laptop and some blank checks. Some people said they saw 2 white males in t-shirts walking in between the house during the week. One guy said someone tried getting in through his back window around midnight one night. Who knows? My next door neighbor didn't know who's house it was either, but like I said there was a cop car in my neighbor across the street driveway one night. I'd rather be safe than sorry.
