There isn't a question in my mind that everything, yes everything that he has done up until this point has been at the request of Albus Dumbledore.
I agree that all of that will be revealed in HP7 and Snape will likely give his life in order to save Harry/eliminate the Dark Lord.

What would be fun is if you dusted off that Malfoy avatar.
Anji and I both changed our avatars to Snape related without knowing the other was doing it. It was rather amusing actually.
Everyone involved in the HPBookClub should change their avatars to Slytherin related images.

I think Jason is just swell. I love him in everything I've seen him in - he's got such charisma and he's mesmerizing to watch. And he's so self-deprecating and candid in interviews!

As far as the alchol thing, I was alergic to alchol as well. That went away at some point, though I now dont tend to drink more than a glass or so of wine. (nowadays the good stuff )
Anyone can join the potter discussion, it is very well organized and facilitated.
I am also on the Snape did it ALL under orders bandwagon.

I agree that Snape isn't as bad as he's been portrayed.. I think He is enjoying torturing harry to the Nth degree but at the same time he's still looking out for him and working against Voldie..

I want to join the that thread, but I have to go reread it...maybe after I finish the book I am reading.
I can't decide about Snape. I mean I thought he was on the good guys side until the end of the book. How can one of the good guys do that? More lately I have been on the "Snape is a lying jack*ss" wagon.
