The CONVICTED FELON is claiming that the Harris-Walz campaign is faking the massive size of their rallies. The COWARDLY DRAFT DODGER says all the photos are created with AI. One news channel is calling the SEXUAL ASSAULTER "deranged". Las Vegas friends were at the rally there this weekend (estimated 12,000). Nothing "fake" about those numbers, say our friends. No, Jay, I don't recognize the validity in your claim that Trump stokes white supremacy. Assertions are extraordinarily powerful, which is unfortunate for us all, because it leads to all sorts of unnecessary levels of division. Repeated assertions are not demonstrable of what is true. It's too bad more people don't understand this.
Regarding MAGA and basic humanity, having characteristics of one does not automatically exclude the other. It just doesn't.
I have no idea why there is any talk about where Kamala's parents are from or why where Trump's mother was from isn't talked about. This is a non-issue, and I don't care the least bit about it.
So Jay, no thoughts on the comparison I brought up between the Trump/Pence administration and the Biden/Harris administration with respect to how things were and are going with Putin, Bibi, Kim Jong Un etc? Not interested in the actual issues that are before us? Yeah, neither does Kamala. So it seems.

He handled the pandemic terribly and thought giving out an extra $600 a month to the unemployed would help boost the economy. At first it did, but then supply shortages were everywhere which resulted in price gauging. And most companies haven't lower their prices since. That falls on him, not Biden. And he only gave tax breaks out to the ultra-rich and large corporations. Not the middle and lower class which Harris wants to do.

Thanks for a comment that is an actual argument. My argument to what you've offered is that everyone handled the pandemic terribly. Singling out Trump in this regard isn't meaningful. I could make another meaningless comment singling out Biden as a comparison. It too would be meant to single out Biden but also too would be meaningless. Did Biden not give out plenty of money, and hasn't inflation been a problem for all of Biden's term? Determining who owns the responsibility for the inflation is tricky, and we simply disagree on who impacted what the most. Regarding tax breaks, the ramifications are slightly more complicated than you would have anyone believe. If you think raising taxes on corporations will be a good thing on consumers, then we fundamentally disagree who will actually pay for those tax increases.

President Biden and First Lady Dr. Jill Biden are in New Orleans where he will speak about the "Biden Cancer Moonshot" initiative. This effort to help find a cure for cancer was created, in part, to honor their son Beau, who unfortunately did not survive cancer. The White House has announced that it is pledging $150M for cancer research. Given that I am living with cancer and will soon undergo cancer therapy, this initiative is of personal importance to me and those who live with cancer. Another reason why President Biden's legacy will always be one of utmost honor.
