Well its not really a skit, but the Natalie Portman digital short back form like 2005 (where she sings the ****ed up song) was one the best things to come out of SNL in the last 10 years
There are SOOO many I would include on my list.
But I'd have to say my top five are:

3. Any Church Chat or Matt Foley
2. Dysfunctional Family dinner (http://snlarc.jt.org/detail.php?i=199801177)

I think the best thing that came out of SNL was their commercial "oops I crapped my pants."
Among my favorite skits were the singing Mohans.(Will Ferrell and Anna Gasteyer)
