Everyone here already knows I'm old, so why not admit that Howdy Doody and Clubhouse Gang were my favorites. And I managed to get on both of them!
I saw reruns of a show called "Voyagers!" when I was little. I LOVED the show and wished I could meet the ridiculously handsome Phineas Bogg.
Wild Bill Hickock was one
Another was Mr Wizard.
I can't believe someone remembers Circus of the Stars! Hahaha...so great. It was like Dancing with the Stars, but you got to watch them train lions or perform trapeze routines. I actually remember some of the acts, too. Nuts...
I also remember Roundhouse!
Let's see what else...When I was really little I loved Kids Incorporated, which a lot of our current stars were on as kids. Fergie and Jennifer Love Hewitt were my favs.
The New Mickey Mouse Club- fav was Kerri Russell (loved her hair).
Small Wonder
Nick at Night stuff, like the original Batman and Wonderwoman, the Monkees, and stuff like that.
Growing Pains- Who didn't love Kirk Cameron
The Wonder Years
Family Ties
Family Matters
Perfect Stranger
Cosby Show
Who's the Boss
Hey Dude
Blossom- Still have a thing for Joey Lawrence...haha...
Oh and someone mentioned Clarissa Explains It All...YES! Very nice...
I forgot Mickey Mouse along with Zorro.
I really liked You Can't Do That on Televison and Black Beauty too. Lets face it there were tons of great shows in the late 70's and 80's
Fury
Sea Hunt
I loved that show, nygrl! I had the biggest crush on Meeno Peluce! And Jon too--what was that old show he was on with Jennifer O'Neill?
But who didn't want Jon?!
how could I forget
wonder woman
the facts of life
you can't do that on television
dukes of hazzard
?
The Adventures of Superman! OK, it was in reruns already when I watched it.
Love That Bob. Wow that brought back memories!
Interesting trivia Anne B Davis's Character's truck driving handle in the Brady Bunch movie was "Schultzy" the name of the character she played on the TV show "Love that Bob" (aka The Bob Cummings Show)

I remember when I was in elementary school and I was so happy on Fridays 'cause of "TGIF." Full House, Step by Step, Family Matters... good times. Those were the days, when all my worries consisted only of what I was watching on tv and recess.
I have to admit I really liked Kids Incorporated. I always wished I could have been on that show singing and dancing.
Apparently, I used to love Gullah Gullah Island.
As far as movies go, I used to watch The King and I (the original w/ Yul Brynner and Deborah Kerr) over and over until it mysteriously disppeared. Ironic, since I hate that musical now.

Really little guy:
Captain Kangaroo
The Little Rascals
Later
Time Tunnel
Lost In Space
Ah The Time Tunnel! Loved that show, only lasted a year though I believe. I remember that the last episode was a two parter where Aliens were sucking the air out of the control room through the Time Tunnel! Lee Merriweather was the young astute lab technician!

The Ed Sullivan Show
I too remember The Time Tunnel
There was talk of a TT movie but no idea if it will ever happen. They looked like they were running out of steam toward the end as Fox's stock footage used in the show possibly had run out .
I also liked another 1 season flop The Green Hornet. The Hornet deserves the big screen treatment. Love Al Hirt on the horn playing that theme.
Dolly, we all know you watched Ed for Topo Gigio.
Sesame Street. yeah i am young :)
If we are talking preschool it would be:
The Electric Company
Sesame street
Captain Kangaroo
Mr. Rogers
Thearefreak, my sister watched and loved Sesame Street when she was a kid and she is 42! It has been around for quite a while.
