Posted: 12/6/06 at 4:02pmI survived. I got nervous and probably didn't say half the things I SHOULD have said, and my ideas sounded pretty muddled because I just... rambled and lost my focus, but whatever. I got some good suggestions, which was the point of presenting the papers at all.

I just got home from NY. The cab ride to the airport made me really sick. There was a gas leak and we took all these side roads.
I threw up four times on the airplane...it was gross

Posted: 12/6/06 at 5:49pmI do NOT have time to be my mother's personal tech support with her new computer, especially with her new-found obsession with yelling into the speaker phone and her penchant for asking questions and not listening to the answers. I REALLY don't have time for her to call me with a question, not listen, and then ask me the same one again half an hour later.

Spent a good portion of the day curled up in a ball waiting until I could take my next Tylenol. Now I get to play catchup on my work.
On the bright side, a law school has sent me an e-mail saying it's reached a decision on my application. I should have my first rejection by the end of the week.

Apparently, I have a "Very Good" wireless signal on the campus wireless network. I NEVER get a wireless signal in my room. Part of me hopes they've installed a router in my building, because that would make my day, but I don't want to get my hopes up too high to find out it's a fluke or something.
P.S. If anyone dares mention what happens on America's Next Top Model on this thread, I will hunt them down and chew their heads off. Thanks.

I just found out that this kid I liked when i was in 4th grade, goes to my friend's school (a school where I'm applying to for high school). But he is now ugly...I don't know what to think.
I missed Top Model! But I know what happens. But I won't say, of course.

Thank you, Allie and BlueCat. I've been following the show all season, but refuse to let myself watch the final episode until after tomorrow night when I've turned in all my final projects. I saw the other thread (and was glad they didn't spoil it in the title) and wanted to warn people here just in case, because I know people have brought it up in the past.
