Posted: 1/23/07 at 2:33pmIt is really really cold in my hosue righ tnow. They put new windows in. It looks nice, but having gaping holes in the wall while they were putting the windows in made it pretty cold.

I went to the pharmacy to pick up a prescription that wasn't ready so I just sat there.
People came up to the counter to get their meds...etc...
Then a women came up and asked for hers. I don't think the guys at the pharmacy counter are actual "pharmacists" themselves but he looked at the prescription and asked the women to verify her address (which is normal, they always do that).
He looks at the prescription again and says "You should really ask your doctor if you need this, it is hard on the stomach..."
Now, seriously- I was in disbelief. If he said that it's hard on the stomach, that's one thing (and perhaps it should be noted) but to tell someone to ask there doctor if they really need it....? PULEASE!!
What do you think? The doctor gave it to them because they didn't need it?!
The women shrugged and was like "whatever you say mister know-it-all."

I talked to an old friend earlier today. Was a nice 10 minute conversation. She told me that when spring break comes around, the choir class will be going to New York to see some broadway shows. She couldn't remember which ones except for CHICAGO.
Well it's 2:23 A.M. now so I guess I'll watch Home Movies season 3 and get some shut-eye afterwards.

i just got a rejection e-mail for this show i auditioned for that i really wanted to be in (out of six years or so of auditioning/being in shows i think i wanted his one the most), and since I'm kinda upset (pfft, its the banal details thread, I'l go all the way and say really upset) and somewhat holding back tears so people here @ school don't see me upset I have come here to complain to basically thin air since I don't want to be one of those "bah feel sorry for me" people....even though thats kinda what this post is doing.....but once again, its the banal details thread. That and I'm thinking of either renting The Devil Wears Prada or seeing Pan's Labyrinth.
Canadians are not afraid of the dark! Ok...we don't love it, but who does?
