Everytime Nastia is mentioned I HAVE to "toot my own horn" and say that I live across the street from her gym, WOGA.
I wish that Belbin and Agosto were third after this portion...they needed it! I think they might need the Russians to slip during their Free Dance tonight!
Personally, I want Meryl and Charlie to win...and I think their Free Dance is better.
However, their coach is in "hog heaven" right now! They coach both teams!
As for the ladies, I kinda feel bad for Rachel Flatt that Mirai Nagusu is getting more attention and seems to be the "favorite" among the commentators!

Well Meryl and Charlie are skating 1st in the final group...not a good position for them, IMO. The Canadians are third and that's a better position for them.
In the race for the bronze, Tanith and Ben skate 4th and the Russians skate last...so at least while they are in the "kiss and cry" Tanith and Ben will be in medal contention :)

I don't follow hockey as much...but OF COURSE I CARE! I watched that Documentary called "Blood, Sweat and Cookies" several times leading up to the Olympics!
I hope both teams end up in the Gold medal Final...with victories for the U.S. of course!

They got the highest scores in the FD dance to that point?...or are you saying they are just in 1st place? Because their others scores count too.
