Have to agree with Jay re: cyclists. If you expect other people to follow the rules, then follow the rules yourself.
People who say "no worries" instead of "you're welcome" when I say "thank you." Um...I wasn't worried.
Something I'm starting to see more often these days: people watching videos/listening to music without headphones in public spaces (restaurants, public transport, etc).
