I know. I'm a contrarian by nature. Around these parts it's called a "troll." I strongly disagree with that characterizing but so be it. People can call me whatever the hell they want. It doesn't change anything. It's an anonymous chat board... Not the real world.
Nothing ever changes with you. You are a compulsive crap stirrer with serious boundary issues who causes messes that blow up and then you move on and start new messes.
"Impossible is just a big word thrown around by small men who find it easier to live in the world they've been given than to explore the power they have to change it. Impossible is not a fact. It's an opinion. Impossible is not a declaration. It's a dare. Impossible is potential. Impossible is temporary. Impossible is nothing.”
~ Muhammad Ali
This issue has me incredulous. So many people I know sport their guns, sport them proudly, and no massacre is going to change their minds. They know how cowardly they seem to people like me. I hope like minded people in here speak out to their gun owning friends and mention to them how you feel. If massacres don't change their minds maybe humiliation will, although I doubt it.
Alison Parker's boyfriend -- who is also a reporter for WDBJ -- posted this heartbreaking message on his official Facebook page, along with some beautiful photos of the two of them:
We didn't share this publicly, but Alison Parker and I were very much in love. We just moved in together. I am numb. We were together almost nine months. It was the best nine months of our lives. We wanted to get married. We just celebrated her 24th birthday. She was the most radiant woman I ever met. And for some reason she loved me back. She loved her family, her parents and her brother. I am comforted by everyone atWDBJ7. We are a family. She worked with Adam every day. They were a team. I am heartbroken for his fiancee. She is our morning show producer. This is unconscionable. But I WILL share her story because it is one full of life, dreams, love and amazing journalism. She just finished working on an incredible special on child abuse and it was fantastic. We will get through this and there will be justice. Your thoughts and prayers mean the world to me.
SHUT THE F*CK UP. PEOPLE NEED TO KNOW WHAT IS HAPPENING IN THIS COUNTRY AND THE SENSELESS DEATHS THAT ARE OCCURRING.
The shooter, Vester Flanagan, has just posted firsthand video of the shooting and is claiming responsibility. He claims the reporter made racial comments to him. I hope HE ROTS IN HELL.
