Joan of Arcadia. I was devastated when it was cancelled.
And Reunion, although I knew that cancellation was coming from the start.

A show that aired in the mid-eighties called ALL IS FORGIVEN. It was with Bess Armstrong, David Alan Grier, and a very bizarre Carol Kane. Quite funny and good.

I kind of liked "Skin." The kids annoyed me, but the grownups had a pretty good little storyline going there.
I wish "Bones" would flop. That show has a great concept, but it's really not very good at all.
Miracles
Threshold
Veritas:The Quest
Night Stalker
Get Real
Boston Public (I couldnt even bring myself to watch the later seasons)
Boomtown and Boston Public
Oh, BOOMTOWN was great.

The OC is not as good as it used to be, but it's still OK.
And West Wing. While the past one or two seasons hasn't really "held" me as much as previous seasons, I will miss this show once it's gone.

I was late on this, but Freaks and Geeks. That may be one of the best shows I've ever seen, and it got the worse treatment.
I loved a show that Fox ran in 2000 called, "The $treet."
They only aired 6 episodes, but I really thought it was intriquing. It was more or less Boiler Room/Wall Street the series.
Great cast though:
Tom Everett Scott
Nina Garbiras
Bridgette Wilson-Sampras
Christian Campbell
Jennifer Connelly
Adam Goldberg

I opened this thread to specifically say Boomtown.
Mainly the first season. When they started to get away from the perspective sort of narrative, the show suffered, I thought.
It's the last show I've ever gotten into. And it broke my heart. So now, when I watch TV, I stick to reruns or the established shows.
ETA: Oh, yeah. And I loved Undeclared.

I loved All is Forgiven.
Does anyone remember The Five Mrs. Buchanans? I loved that, too.
Oh, I also really enjoyed "Dead Like Me" on Showtime.
I guess it didn't flop because it was on for a couple of seasons, but I really thought it was fantastic.

Strangers With Candy was amazing, but so short-lived. At least it never got the chance to jump the shark.
Buffy the Vampire Slayer's first three seasons were awesome, the next two were okay, and the last two were awful. If we're talking about shows I grew to love and then bombed on a creative plane ... oy.
Basically almost every show I loved had a short life:
My So-Called Life
Freaks and Geeks
Relativity
Felicity (but I guess 4 years isn't bad)
I'm blanking on others, but I'm usually a show's curse.

Ugh Color and Light...so true. Riley Finn to me signified the downfall of Buffy. And it just all went downhill from there. Angel had two good seasons, season three and four were AWFUL and five was okay.

Dangerous Women (Im dating myself with that one)
The Commish (I dont think it so much bombed as it just was cancelled eventually)

Katt, I'm just curious, what did you hate about Angel 3 & 4? Maybe it's my Wesley bias, but I thought those were the two best years.
