hey all. just got back from showing the movie Rent at my school. 3rd time I have seen it and i cried.....again. last time I saw it, i saw it with one of my guy friends. Right before Mimi dies and she is lying on the table, he leans over to me and whispers: "What happened to her other boyfriend?" and sort of laughs. I think he was trying to make a joke to break the silence, which he feels is always awkward. But don't get me started with him. he's a great guy but sends out really weird mixed messages. Like, he would call me up during break and ask me if I want to see a movie or go out to dinner. I would say sure, why not. Every single time we have gone out, he insists on paying. yet, when we talk about how my best friend is in a long distance relationship (meaning they know each other from home but go to different colleges), he says he could never do that. Which makes me feel he just wants to be friends with me. But what is with all the paying for trips out?

he confuses me a lot. but he's really nice.

anyway, Greg is so coooolllll!

You must remember all the same that at the crux of every game is knowing when it's time to leave the table... And it's important to be artful in your exit. No turning back, you must accept the con is done... It was a ball, it was a blast. And it's a shame it couldn't last. But every chapter has to end, you must agree.

I figured a bar was the only way, but it seems wierd to have a bar in the ceiling of a dressing room, so I'll opt to think that he's magic The *Official* Greg Jbara Love Thread

Its a magic bar...filled with vodka.

oh, i jsut got back from a great night at my college. They had this thing where they attach a bungee cord to you and you try and run forward and place something on the velcro before you are pulled back. I did it with my friend and my other friend videotaped it. here;s the link to it. I think you will find it hilariously funny. I'm the one on the right.

mamie - (Annie - before you became a working woman, you used to be able to stay up all night! Now you're pooping out during the matinee cam! Do you have to work on Saturday?)

No thank God, I don't have to work on the weekend but I had a very long English course forom 9 to 12.30 (without intermission)...and I could not sleep all week so I went to sleep yesterday at 10.30pm and I woke up today at 9am. It was just fantastic, really. I needed that and I need a big breakfast now The *Official* Greg Jbara Love Thread

walking in the door at 3:10 is not good for my sleeping schedule...

Ali...*cough15cough*...won't be too long before it's another...

Meghan, for all the times I've gone, I've never sat front mezz but that to won't be too long before it happens.

and yes Ali, Liotte can't touch me. I take great pride in this, especially b/c we figured this, but we actually went through and confirmed that you guys know how many shows I go to and multiple times and such...DRS is the only show I've seen more times than Liotte. Oh wait I lied, I don't think she's seen Chita twice and at the moment I've seen CP once and she hasn't. But yeah, that is all. Yaay for few ppl who go to shows more than me!

I wasn't gonna post much but will just add I rushed Chita and got third row center, admist premium seaters--gah, seeing her that close--amazing. i was just in awe. Just...woow. Okay, I'm done fawning.

"If there was a Mount Rushmore for Broadway scores, "West Side Story" would be front and center. It snaps, it crackles it pops! It surges with a roar, its energy and sheer life undiminished by the years" - NYPost reviewer Elisabeth Vincentelli

Alright, I was going to go back and read all the pages and then I realized that I was far too lazy for that.

I have to go to church now, then clean my room, then do homework.. and we're having a huge superbowl party here. Aghhh not fair. I'm so tired.. grumble grumble grr.

I saw DRS from front row Mezz andit was wonderful, it really allows one to see the layout of the stage which is quite neat.
