Ugh, I would have wanted to watch it, but I wasn't home. Will it be on again?
I saw PETER GRIMES at the MET in March, and loved it. It was great to see it broadcast because you get lots of closeups - helpful with a dark psychological plot like that.
Any word on the workshops of LEAP OF FAITH?

From tonight's Drama Desk awards:
Awwww, what a ham.
And I have to say, he looks pretty hot.
And lol at Eve Best's headdress.
I missed Michael McKean's "aside" - what did he say?
The second picture amuses me.
And Eve's headdress is amusing, too.
I wasn't able to watch the Drama Desk awards but earlier I was watching an interview with Raul (from last year) and he was so flustered...it was quite adorable, though. I'm very excited to hear about all his upcoming projects, although, does anyone know much more about the horror film? Because I know about Leap of Faith and of course, Pushing Daisies...but not much else on that Wes Craven project.
"Yes, the brutalities of progress are called revolutions. When they are over, men recognize that the human race has been harshly treated but it has moved forward." - Les Miserables
All six of them looked like they had been having a mini-reunion and drinking since 2 pm. Angus anyone?
Ack, someone please upload their win to youtube! I missed it and am now kicking myself!!
Another pic from the Drama Desks last night:
They're friggin adorable!
Is it bad that when I first looked at the screencap I thought it was a man dressed up like a Native American? It wasn't until I saw the press photo of the group that i realized it was Eve....oops.

Yeah, what is she wearing? It's like a Hair throwback.
lol to Raul's pose
Maybe she was channeling her inner hippie?
I love how they're looking at about five different cameras.

They probably were!
Eve like, can't look bad. For serious.
Guys, I'm so excited about tomorrow. I can't wait to hear Raul plus the Philharmonic orchestra. Yay for graduation celebrations!
"Soliloquy"!!!
*dies*
Ugh, I'm like, nauseous thinking about tomorrow. For completely separate reasons, but I just do not know what to feel with regards to the entire day.

Whenever I like, see Raul approaching, I'm like "okay, don't vomit"
Pleasant thought, right?
A larger version of (nearly) the same pic from last night:
However, upon inspecting Eve's...hair ornament, I'm not sure larger was such a good idea....
(But Raúl looks SO GOOD without the hair gel! )

For some reason, I just feel like bursting into the "Friends" theme song when I see that picture.
OMG - just thinking about hearing Raul sing BEING ALIVE for the first time since last July 1 makes me shake.
Dear Raul,
Please wear your hair the same way as in that picture tomorrow night.
Thank you.
Also, I'm likely going to burst into tears when he sings Being Alive, and it's going to be really, really embarrassing.
Em - Happy graduation tomorrow. And don't worry, you won't be the only one crying.
Thank you. It'll be bittersweet.
